I always buy my products here, they are of very good quality and their workers are very attentive, especially the girl who speaks Spanish, I recommend them 100%.

I'm just disappointed because the hours on here are false and they are not open until 9 o'clock. Drove over here for nothing. I see somebody else walking up to the door doing the same thing....I hate false advertising

i came during 7:30 when they closed at 8:00 and the lights were on but it said they were closed already. i also just pulled in and saw the three girls who were working, and they all left for lunch. at the same time. and they won't be open until 4:30, it's 3:30. so they're temporarily closed again. it's so irresponsible and non professional. avoid this sally's at all costs. the employees are okay but they make their own hours.

Went in needing to tone the brassy tones out of my hair and had no idea what I needed. A lady working with purple hair, don’t know her name saved me!! She got me exactly what I needed, the supply’s to applicate it, as well as a good shampoo and conditioner recommendation. Would have been lost with out her help. The toner she picked out turned out perfectly for my hair. Thank you!!!

Not open at 12:30 on a weekday, even though their hours posted on the door say they open at 10am.

Came here at 5pm. The lights in the store are off, the door is closed, and there is a sign that says they will be back at 5:30 pm. The sign on the door says the store is open till 8pm. So what am I supposed to do, just stand at the door and wait for whoever works there to come back.

Came in to do a return. Had the receipt. It was for $16.68. It went so easy. No problems, no trying to make me take in store credit, though it was an option. Paid cash, got cash back. The young lady helping me was awesome. All and all great experience!

I went to Sally's to buy an electric razor to shave my legs...never bought one before, so didn't know what I was looking for/doing. I chose one. When I got to the register, I asked the woman there if this was for shaving my legs. She gave an uninterested, non-commital, "It probably will/should". I went home and tried it...didn't work. I think it's probably for 5 o'clock shadow stuff and not soft/long leg hairs.?.?.? I took it back and the same woman behind the counter told me there was no refunds on electric razors. Now I am stuck with a $64.78 razor that won't work for me. Sad for the customers Sally's doesn't know about their products. Needless to say, I am no longer a customer... Kathy Bakke

At first my experience was great the cashier was helping me was awesome I have never been to Sally's so it was over whelming for me ( I am use to buying my hair color all in one box) so I had questions which the cashier was so helpful she was asked by the manager to go to the till she said ok can you help her out with what she needs the manager replied yes well I stood there oh 5 10 min and the manager didn't do anything to help me and then she came up to me and asked to take my basket to put it up at the counter and gave me a knew one at first I didn't think anything of it until I saw a lady dressed in business suit attire and had double what I had in my basket she was not offering to take her basket I asked here if she just stereotyped me she started walking away not once did she offer me any help except to take my basket . I asked again did she stereo type me because I was in sweats and she said it was there policy to do that I then asked if that is the case then why didn't she do that to any other customers she did not answer me instead she told me to leave the store I was embarrassed and humiliated the cashier who was apologizing for her managers actions and in shock for how I was treated !!! Even more embarrassing was because of this incident people I didn't know came up days after apologizing for that managers actions because they saw in the store !!! Even with what she did I purchased everything the cashier recommended to me which I spent $200 dollars and tipped her 100 bucks for her help .... I will however never shop at Sally's again !!!! I don't recommended shopping there in your sweats !!!!
