Good prices. Kinda creepy. The guard wouldn't let me in until the AI facial recognition was complete. An employee discreetly followed me around the store. Every aisle I was on had clothing on the floor. I like their prices but not sure about the zealous theft prevention. I'll probably think twice before returning to Ross.

Ross has security at the door, and they only allow so many customers in the store at a time. The store was clean, but the checkout is very slow. However, they have lots of socks and that was the reason for our visit

Employees are really slow and only have one person at the checkout stand. And another 11 or so talking to each other by the door.....wouldn't recommend this place to anyone that can afford Fred Meyer, well worth the extra penny's to not deal with the incompetent staff!

Young Security Broke Hanger, In Half On One Of the Garment Hanger's. After Having Him Help Me , Re-Arrange The Ross Bag. He Also Never Acknowledged, The Fact He Broke The Garment Hanger. Also Could Have Greeted Me Better, When Entering The Store. Didn't Say To Me, " Welcome To Ross" . Said First, And Only, "You Need To Wait, For 30 Second's, For Me To Let You In", Thru The Roped Belt Entrance.

It's Ross, what can I say. It's very clean though. I must say that I really dislike the whole "wait at the entrance" for like, 10 seconds, before they let you enter. It only annoys me because the first time I experienced it, the person there gave me some lame explanation as to why they do it. I felt like they were blantantly lying to me, which creates a level of distrust. So now whenever I go it, I feel the same way. But the great prices make me forget it as soon as they allow me in. lol.
