After the general uneasy bull**** dealing with a regular dealership, its a breath of fresh air working with this company and Kyle. The non commission buying experience is such a difference.
This was exactly the kind of place I wanted to get a subaru from. I did my due diligence and had the car (rebuilt) inspected by a 3rd party. The dreaded frame damage was noticed and it made me real uneasy about the purchase. When I told kyle he immediately offered to repair the damage over the next day with their warranty. I was very surprised after other dealerships, who take trade ins, dont seem to care and sell as is.
I would recommend this dealership for someone looking to get a subaru especially as they specialize in rebuilt subis.
You need your own financing so be ready with cash or have an idea where you want to finance from.

2011 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AT A CAR DEALERSHIP!! I saw the vehicle listed online. I called, told them what vehicle I was looking at, told them I'd like to finance the vehicle, that I wanted to purchase an extended warranty and that I'd be driving 5 1/2 hours from Washington State to purchase the vehicle. Kyle facilitated my communication with the lending institution, took care of the extended warranty details, prepared all the paperwork ahead of time and did not drop the ball once on anything I asked for or that he told me he'd take care of for me. I left my home at 7am and drove to Oregon. I arrived at RoadLink at 12:30pm. Kyle was not there the day I arrived to purchase my vehicle, but Scott was well informed ahead of my arrival by Kyle about my pending purchase and walked me through the entire process in less than a half hour. By 1pm I had the keys, the warranty and the financing and was back on the road. After getting back to Washington, there have been a couple of occasions to call and speak with them about warranty and financing follow-up questions. They have never treated me like they've already received my money and they can now blow me off. I am impressed and grateful. Without a doubt, RoadLink is the best car buying experience I've ever had!!!

Let me start by saying I'm a bit of a car nut and have purchased a number of vehicles over the years and very few have been pleasant experiences. Spend a few minutes with Kyle and you'll notice right away he's not your typical car salesman. Great non pressure experience, highly recommended!!

Roadlink provided me amazing customer service and an amazing slightly used car at a good price. Kyle made the car buying an ease with how easy going he was. After months of looking for a new car, going to several major dealerships, being hassled and pressured by other salesmen, this was a miracle. They let me take the car off the lot without someone babysitting me the entire time - All they asked was that I be back within 20 minutes. Kyle even stayed late on a saturday for my bank to finish getting them the check. Wonderful people. By far the best dealership I have ever been to and I hope anyone looking for a non stressful experience will go here.
