Wanted to give a compliment to Jared Real for helping me open my new account last week! He was very knowledgeable of the process and although it took awhile, he was able to address all of my needs and was very professional. Even took the time to walk me through how to use the app and access online banking. Glad to be on board! Love my new debit card with Mount Hood and Trillium Lake!

I was shopping for a new bank. Usually this process is a pain. However, the guys here at the branch Dan and Mylee were amazing. They were super kind and listed to me and helped me find the right products to fit my needs. No pressure. It’s the first time people at a bank actually listened. 10 out of 5 stars.

Super nice people, they are very attentive and if you call for help it's a local number and local people too. The interest on checking is very good compared to corporate banks-it's much higher. I get 3% up to $15,000.00 !

Been banking here for a while but it seems like there is only 1 mobile teller that is working . 4-6 people “working” wondering in the building but yet I have to wait for someone to come on the screen to get a cashiers check.

I opened my first account with RCU about a week ago; however, something weird happened when they set up my account because their system shows I had two cards, when I have only had the one. But it has never worked... ATM says card not supported, and its their ATM. Called in, answered a million questions, got transferred. Was told that a mix up happened due to the two card confusion and my card got deactivated in error. Told me they would reactivate it, but two days later I still cannot withdraw or deposit with my card. I am not sure I can trust this credit Union with my finances when they can't fix whatever is happening and I cannot access my funds.

Lobby empty. People standing around and they still tell me to use the virtual tellers even though i keep asking to work with someone from this branch instead. Managers just stare at you then dip when they see your getting upset.

Horrible place to work! Management chooses favorites! Management lacks drive and motivation to assist members with complex issues. Also making fun of members after they leave has happened a few times.
