Please be nice to the pharmacists. The healthcare industry is very short-,staffed and everyone is doing the best they can.My prescription isn't urgent and the pharmacist sounded so relieved that it can wait til tomorrow. They are all under so much pressure and are keeping us healthy.So please at least don't be a j*** because the line is long.

Went there yesterday to refill my prepaid card which I have done many many times. Went back again later in the evening to refill it again. Apparently their system was not working. The clerk tried it twice then called the PIC and he tried it. The register still wouldn't work. I tried to explain to the PIC that I had been there earlier and there was no problem. He said in a rude tone "you must be at your limit". Seriously! It's a PREPAID CARD!!! There is no limit. I called him out on being so rude to me. Guess what his response was?? "I'm not being rude" he said rudely!!! Last time I deal with him!!! He's the short, glasses wearing man!! Definitely hates his job or people!!!

The pharmacy staff really seemed to not care about the customers. It might be covid burnout, but whatever the cause, it was a major bummer dealing with those people.

Negative stars - What a nightmare if I could give negative stars I would. The male tech always rude & curt & if you have a pain medication.....you must be a criminal. They have horrible reviews & they have earned them. My experience is over several months so it was not just a one time situation. I can’t believe they are allowed to treat people this way & they were never nice especially that tech & the blonde pharmacist. I always got a sense of dread before going in. Don’t go save yourself the grief.

Need to ask people to wear masks or give options like curbside or delivery if people don’t want to wear a mask. Pharmacist did not ask someone to wear a mask. Called manager of store who said Rite Aid has their own policy that doesn’t require them to tell people to wear masks in the store, further stating it’s the way they work around the statewide mandate. I called OSHA, they said that’s not legal and everyone has to wear a mask inside. Hopefully they get fined because breaking the mask law is basically murder.

Beware to whoever carries a backpack, you will be followed around the store. I unfortunately do not have a vehicle, so I have to rely on my backup for storage. I went inside the store and was just looking around, then an employee of the store, which was a middle aged lady was moving back and forth whenever I went to a different isle, this was making me nervous so I just went and grab a small item, purchased it and left the store.Never coming here again

Pharmacy staff is very helpful and stay on top of things. Have never experienced more than a 45min wait time for prescriptions, and usually not more than 30min. This is our primary Pharmacy.

The staff at this Rite Aid Pharmacy is amazing. They have always gone above and beyond to help me navigate the complicated landscape of healthcare. As someone with a chronic illness such as myself, that is not always easy. They have consistently provided good service, counseling and assistance. When insurance doesn't handle something, they troubleshoot to work through it and figure out how to get me the meds I need or to help find an alternative solution. They will get on the line with providers and insurance to make sure all is right. I have overheard them doing the same for other customers as I waited in line. No matter how busy they are, they always make time for whomever they are serving. Not to sound corny, but every little bit helps when your health is on the line, and there have been days where a bad diagnosis or doctor visit has been turned around because of the care they provide when picking up my prescriptions. Thank you all!

The store is clean and well kept, service was polite and friendly. Most items were in stock and we didn't see too many bare shelves, but there were a few things they were out of like everywhere else. If you are looking for something the grocery store doesn't carry, this is the place to go.

Absolutely TERRIBLE and RUDE customer service. Called to see if they could fill a prescription for my dog and they immediately snubbed me, and said NO. They responded in about 2 seconds, when I asked why, the woman on the phone claimed they were "out of stock". There's NO way she had time to check the computer that fast. Rude, and uncaring.
