We love our Gresham quick lane. We have been bringing our trucks here for years. Now our other vehicles aswell. Jordan is amazing the other staff is aswell. They do great work on our vehicles. I had my new vehicle in for the regular service due at 5000 miles. Gresham Ford picked up my vehicle, did the service and brought it back to me. Their staff was very professional and helpful.

Took a newly purchased used truck for service before hitting a long road trip back home. They caught an issue with the brake caliper while servicing and took the initiative to fix it promptly. Taylan and his crew are top notch.

I had four new tires installed on my Subaru Crosstrek today. Yep, a Subaru. Quick Lane is trained and qualified to service any vehicle. I had a fantastic experience. I communicated with Jordan via email, and he had everything ready to go when I arrived today. There is a great work space in the waiting area, where I was able to work while my tires were installed, which by the way, was very efficient. They took time to look at my brakes and alignment, with suggestions for the future, but absolutely no scare tactics that I needed to have more work done today before I drove away. I highly recommend working with the fantastic team at Gresham Ford's Quick Lane!

Walk-in for an oil change on a Monday morning at approximately 8:20am. Waited in the lobby while service was being performed. Was done in less than an hour. Friendly staff.
