Made appointment. 45 minutes after my scheduled time I'm still waiting. They are certainly understaffed but they are completely unorganized. No one in the back is ready for complicated orders. They are loud enough I can hear the techs saying HIPAA patient info. Don't go here

Go to a different location. This location refused to give me a quote on what the labs would cost, even though it's standard procedure at all other Quest locations.

I hate blood draws!! This place had the BEST BLOOD DRAWER EVER!!! She used a butterfly needle ? and even gave me a sticker☺️?!!!!

They weren't busy at all. We had made an appointment on line and were the only ones there. MASKS ARE REQUIRED! I forgot mine and was politely reminded and offered a mask.I was there for labs and a blood sample.I could feel the needle stick but it wasn't too bad. A quick verification of my information and I was on my way.The lab got it to my doctor as soon as the test was completed. After 5 days the results were available on line. .They did use my email address to send me junk mail about medical studies which I didn't appreciate.I feel like I can recommend this place. The staff was fast, kind and efficient.Parking is a ways away if you drive yourself and have trouble walking, you might want to have someone bring you who can drop you off at the front door.

In and out in 15 minutes, maybe less. Super easy and the person who took my blood was relaxed and quite a joy to talk to. Quick and painless. Can also check the cost online before you get sticker shock.

I showed up right at the time of my appointment, waited maybe 1 minute, & was out the door in 5. Super friendly & efficient tech that helped me - great experience! I’m glad I didn’t let the previous bad reviews deter me.

I had a young phlebotomist who was rude, childish, and unprofessional. Most look at each arm to assess the best vein before they draw blood. She didn’t. Then failed to get the needle in my vein on the right arm and rather than remove it, she sat there poking it around. I said, “Why don’t you try the left arm since you aren’t in a vein and aren’t getting blood?” She retorted defensively, “You said any arm!” I responded, “It helps to look.” She proceeded to throw a needle cap across the room like a tantruming child. It hit the wall then the floor. She also had to be reminded to give me my kit before I left and was lackluster in explaining what it was for and what I needed to do. She shrugged it off as above her pay grade. She was the worst I’ve ever experienced at Quest. Little brat, you’re lucky I’m not calling you out by name.

Terrible staff, the older larger one is the mean one. Be careful she is a liar and unethical if ever the need to cover her errors may arise. My recommendation, go somewhere else!

My veins are small and they tend to roll. My thanks to the kind tech who took the time to find a viable vein and made my blood draw painless.

Worst experience ever at this Gresham location. One man operating the whole facility. The cleanliness of the facility was lacking heavily. Trash cans were stuffed with remaining trash laying on ground around recepticles: used latex gloves, alcohol wipe packaging, cotton balls, ect.... After finally getting called back an hour after my appointment, he worked on loading my information into the computer. 10 minutes later, it was time to draw blood. He gathered the tubes necessary for the panel I was there for, and proceeded to start on my right arm. He inserts the needle. And is unsuccessful getting it into my vein. (I have very pronounced veins by the way). He continues by moving the needle around under my skin trying to get it in the vein. He was unsuccessful. He then pulls the needle out, gives me a cotton ball, and tapes it to my arm.He says, "I missed. Let's try the other arm". Long story short, he misses again! I am sent home with no blood drawn for the labs I need. He says I'll have to come back another time. Wow! I do not recommend this Gresham location!
