This place is a waste of time and a rip off. They took my money then wouldn’t give me access and then moved me out of the unit when I drove for three hours to show them my ID again. Told me I had to pay again to make a new rental agreement and nobody will even speak to me. Managers don’t return calls. The office is closed when it’s supposed to open. This place is awful.

Love this storage place. We would have to move very, very far away to consider switching. They are very organized. Everything is kept clean. Service is always great and very flexible.

When people buy a storage at auction, they NEED to have a guest code for people to access the unit. It's ridiculous having to wait for the guy to open the gate & having to explain to Karen's of Powell that we have to exit the entrance gate because we don't have the convenience of a code to get out the exit gate. It's hard enough moving and hauling, but having to wait & explain everytime coming and going is not worth the hassle.....and it makes people want to go all the live with it after the 3rd time each day.

Stored my things here for over a year, all of the employees were so polite and helpful. Facilities are clean, well secured, easy to access and a good size. Moving stuff in was made super easy with the truck they provide with appointments free of charge (within distance) and low fee for further distance. All in all I was very pleased and definitely recommend.

I had a garage burn down, kind of like a previous comment on here, the manage would also call and harass my girl friend.Also he evicted me, without saying a word or sending a letter. I paid my rent, a abided by his rules, didn't bother anyone.His reasoning for this was because I took someone strange with me(my little brother). When I called the regional manager, got nothing but a cold shoulder, no help, no call back.It's apparently at the managers discretion, so tuck your shirts in, drive a brand new car and bring knee pads.The facility is amazing, the manager is a joke.Good luck

Love this place never anyone in my way always easy to get in and out of has gate key thats only open untill 10 pm but thats really my only complaint is theyre not open 24hours but staff very friendly and will go out of the way for their customers good prices

I stored an RV here for over a year and always felt it was very safe and secure. The customer service was above and beyond that experienced at other storage places.
