“They are usually great and helpful. They are changing their hours which is a bummer. Closing at 7 every night so that might be a problem.But if I have a question they always have an answer. Much faster than Safeway across the street. If they don't have a med they will get it for you ASAP in my experience. If there is a problem they will let you know about it. The text when things are ready is helpful too.”

“Wonderful service experience for someone that is not even a customer! My friend was prescribed medication for a procedure from another pharmacy (WG's), but they pharmacist literally told him to call his Dr for the directions - on a Sunday - for something he was supposed to begin taking that day. We attempted to obtain any information to no avail. I suggested trying my pharmacy at the Safeway on Highland & was thrilled when Ryan took the time out of his day to speak to him directly & even suggest some over the counter items that would also be helpful. He was kind, professional & really acted like he cared. I know that reviews for pharmacies are not a big thing, but our experience was so outstanding that it was worth the time to write. I Feel Upset That they Did Not Give Any Warning to Any of Their Pharmacy Clients That My Walgreens Pharmacy Before The Walgreens Owners Shut It's Doors for Good and Moved the Clients Profiles To A Non Walgreens Pharmacy Without Any Notice. Thank Goodness I Was Able To Transfer My Profile Back to A Walgreens. Now I Can Shop in store for last minute Needs and Pick Up Medications at the Same Time Knowing The Employees Are Willing to Help Me Out and Are Kind. “I went to pickup the photos I’ve had developed but, one of the staff members couldn’t find it so he had to re-print them for me. It was totally fine with me, since I was also wanting to walk around the store.Just wanted to give a shout out to Jake for helping me get my photos reprinted. He was absolutely polite (same with the other staff member that was there). I went in at around 7pm and it was busy, but both were able to scan the customers in a timely manner”

“Todd rocks!
Came in on 3/2/24 to buy snow chains. The sizing on the products was ambiguous, and one of the employees, Todd, went WAY out of his way to make sure I got the right chains for my tires. I never regret going in to a Bimart, and this one apparently rocks especially hard.”
