There are huge advertisements that nail trimming is a walk in and you do not need to make an appointment although this location you do because I have called 3 times now to make sure I can bring my medium size dog in (45) pounds to get her nails trimmed but I am told she is a large dog and that most of the groomers there are unable to handle a 45 pound dog to do a simple nail trimming . The people are very very nice but need more groomers that can do all the requirements of the job.

It seems as if it not part of the chain. They did not carry either of the cat foods I was hopping for, and not very great other options to chose from.

Took our 8 month old black lab here on 11/22 to get his nails trimmed. We took him when he was 6 months old with no issues. It clearly states on the app that you can take them for just nail trimmings as a walk in, attached a picture below. I understand if they are busy then come back or wait but no one was there, it was right at opening, They made us make an appointment for 1.5 hours later, only to take our dog in for less than 5 minutes, to come back and say "he wouldn't hold still and stop moving his paw so we can't cut his nails". The person working was rude, and did not try at all. We watched them try to hold his paw twice, and then did not even try to clip his nails.

Took my dog to be groomed, showed a picture of her previous grooming and it was the opposite. As short as she could be cut without actually shaven on her body yet her face was long they said they spent 15 minutes on her face but she was upset. The ladt grooming she had she was fine. If that was the case then I'll take that but she still had eye goober I had to pull off. When I called the groomer told me they can get tears in minutes I said I had to pull it off. My dog looks like it went through a buzz saw. Worst experience.

Uncivilized people grooming dogs. The worker lied to her boss to get him to not groom dog and overreacted about everything, and they didn't allow the dog to get groomed under irrational circumstances.

By far the WORST place for grooming your dog. First time I bring my PWD in for grooming it takes them 2 days! I had to pick him up and bring him back for them to finish the grooming the following day. The groomer tells me "yeah your dog had a bowel movement" as to explain away why she couldn't finish. I find this interesting since he's never sh*t himself at the groomer before. Then he developed a UTI over the next couple of days requiring a trip to the emergency vet. I think they had my dog pinned up in a crate in his excrement. The people working here look like they are on drugs or just pure trash. The second time I bring him in this obese woman proceeds to tell me "you're early" and you need to have all interaction with your assigned groomer. That was it. Won't be back.

If I could rate a 0 I would most DEFINITELY would! I went in with my family to get two new mice and when asked for assistance the representative I was appointed to said she would be with us when she could, so we waited patiently for about 10 minutes and when asked again she said she was in the middle of a personal conversation and was not going to help us until she was done in a very sassy stern tone continued with her conversation and even mentioned me and my family in her "personal" conversation. I don't know if its just me ? But i wait until after business hours to have "personal" conversation's ESPECIALLY when dealing with customers let alone gossip about them . Finally after waiting another 10 minutes the representative we were waiting for never came and another one was sent with a sassy attitude as well, I assume because word went around that we needed help? Being that your workers are very good as having personal conversations on the clock. I have no idea what the name of that bulldog was oh my bad I mean woman but if you see something with shoulder length black wavy hair with a bad a** attitude you please steer clear i would hate for anyone to have an experience as bad as me and my family did. #bulldogsneedlovetoo

They let me know that my puppy only had two toes on her front paw. I had no idea. They said it's probably genetics. They are really nice too. ?

I get my doggo's nails done here and he is always very scared. The girls do such a fantastic job reassuring him and stopping to give him a cuddle if he's getting upset. They have such a calming effect even for the moms!! Highly recommend!!

Tried to bring my dog in for grooming appointment. At no point in time do they tell you when scheduling that your dog can't wear a muzzle. I have a Rottweiler who is friendly, but I can't guarantee that she won't be aggressive towards other dogs, & wanted it to be smooth as possible as this was the first time bringing her in for a professional appointment. Total waste of time, would not recommend.
