The worse Credit Union/bank I've ever had! I've been a member for 40 years and I'm finally going to change! On line banking Sucks and they upgraded this year 2023 it's still terrible, too many issues to mention. It took 2 times of going into the Gresham branch to have them take off my deceased husband off the account.

As a regular customer to the Oregonian credit union in gresham ,I am strongly recommending it to be the best branch in Oregon . The smile the help the fast customer service can sweep your feet of the floor. They are the best in town.

The tellers at the Oregonians Credit Union in Gresham, Or, are very courteous, friendly and helpful Whenever I have had a challenge with the new app or other things, they have done their best to explain and resolve the issue. I appreciate their services and would recommend the Oregonians in Gresham to anyone.

Our family cannot say enough about the Oregonian Credit Union in Gresham! During our recent frequent interactions they have definitely demonstrated their thorough professionalism, very friendly service, and above and beyond understanding! We Very Highly recommend the Gresham branch of the Oregonian Credit Union! We also wish to give our sincere gratitude to Amanda Weinberger! She has blessed our entire family!

NO STARS. My account was hacked by ACH by my ex roommate, and even though I reported it as fraudulent, they are allowing the charge to go through. This is the second time this happened and I had already changed all of my information from the last time.

I just received my quarterly statement (I DELIBERATELY don't bank online) and found that my shares account (the one that is required for membership) was hit $5 per month for the entire quarter AS A DORMANT FEE. I received no notification that they were going to do this, yet they have ALL of my contact information. I called and was told they would only refund one of the fees. They lost a member today. BEWARE OF THIS CREDIT UNION. Their rates have not been competitive in YEARS and if the only way they can stay afloat is to hit members with unwarranted fees, you would be better off banking elsewhere.

I always enjoy coming in this branch. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable people. Great experience. On this trip, Lexi assisted me… answered my questions, processed my withdrawal, and was especially pleasant to work with. My compliments to your staff and management team for assembling such a pleasant and competent group!

I have been a Mountain View/Oregonion credit union member for 40 years. The service I have received over those years speaks volumes for the many outstanding employees I have had the privilege of working with including my most recent loan which was handled by Rholonda at the Gresham branch . She was very helpful and enthusiastic and guided me through the process quickly.

I'm a single mom and a school teacher.. This means I am busy! And need convenience in my banking. Venmo apparently is no longer compatible with Oregonians so I've had to open a second savings account with Oregonians.Today I had to drive in to the branch to make two transfers (only six are allowed online per month...already inconvenient!). Then when I asked for a second transfer slip they told me I was only allowed one transaction in the drive thru.So I actually had to back up, go park and walk inside with my germs and my kids in the car.Mind you, I drove out of my way to make the transfers, had a sinus infection (germs) and had my kids in the car.Man was I angry. And I told them in a very civilized way inside of the branch that if they want to keep customers they need to make things more convenient, not less. Sadly I'm thinking I may have to move all of my banking to an online bank like Chime. The world is too fast to make people jump through hoops just to keep their finances functioning. Get on board Oregonians Credit Union!

I have received mail from Oregonians Credit Union. Sometimes, there are unnecessary added charges for things that weren't supposed to be charged. For example, if my credit card payment is made on time I have been given a $ 25.00 fee for no specific reason. I have been making my credit card payments on time. The reason that I continue to be a member at Oregonians Credit Union is that there aren't that many credit unions. I have been to many of the other credit unions... and it's much worse at most of those. I don't use my credit card for most purchases because there are many fees (or charges) added now. The customer service is horrible. Although, I get better customer service when my husband goes with me. I don't like this credit union.
