I had my debit card shipped to the KeyBank here so that I could pick it up because we were in the process of moving. I was told it was ready to pick up today and I had my three-year-old autistic son with me, and I called and spoke to Steve explaining to him that it would be easier if I picked it up through the drive-through teller, but he said that he would need me to come inside Because I need to show ID. As I was getting out of the cardigan side with my son, he met me in the parking lot With my debit card. I showed him my ID and was on my way. Like I said, something so simple makes a huge difference in peoples lives. You saved me time and stress. Like I said, my son is autistic, and it is a gamble whether he would be happy to be inside the building or not. Thank you Steve! There are great people out there.”
“I want to leave a comment of gratitude to the nice, friendly girl-manager (unfortunately, I don't remember her name), her workplace is the second from the left. I needed to open a debit card. The day before I contacted Wells Fargo three times, the first time I got an appointment in 2 weeks, I came, the manager said to wait because she is busy, although I came for my hour, the line is quite long, an elderly woman in a wheelchair, the staff does not care, the cash register is only open alone After waiting, the manager said that you need to make an appointment again, because it is not possible to do it today. And so today is my appointment again, I submitted my documents, and again I am without a card, since an appointment is scheduled from the nearest free dates on June 10. I'm just disappointed. My time, my nerves and everything in vain. And on the same day, I applied to the OnPoint bank. I was pleasantly surprised at once, smiling, friendly employees, cozy, clean (because in the previous bank there was dirt and dust everywhere, dissatisfied faces of employees, superior attitude towards customers) and here - everything is at a high level. I was especially impressed by the manager who provided me with bank services, she really deserves high praise, her pleasant, neat appearance, customer orientation and desire to help me, since I do not speak English well. She kindly explained everything to me, listened, and after 10 minutes I already had my card. I am pleasantly surprised. I wholeheartedly recommend OnPoint Bank! Their employees are the best!”

2689 SE Burnside Rd, Gresham“awsome bank ,, i went there held the door open when entering the bank and leaving the bank ,, wow i go inside and probally the nice bank manager told me he can help me in one of the rooms ,, i had a capitilone rebate check , it got cashed there for me with no problems ,, i usually go to key bank branch on eastman parkway ,, the eastman parkway branch some of the tellers there are very rude so is the branch manager ,, every time i go there to cash a rebate check or differnt check ,, ,, they want me to deposit the check then take out the cash ,, twice that key bank at eastman parkway did this ,, got so rude about it ,, i have been to other banks in my life all of them would cash my rebate checks with no problems ,, i would stay a way from the key bank branch on eastman parkway and burnside ,, go to the key bank branch on east burnside the one close to gresham fred myers ,, there awasome”

3090 NE Hogan Dr, Gresham“Came in to wire a deposit for some property I was buying and the branch manager Nicole was helping me out. Another customer came in pretty frustrated over some miscommunication and started being really mean to the workers, making them cry. Pretty much a “Karen” situation. Nicole had stepped in and tried to help while letting the client know not to make her employees cry and it was pretty cool to witness a manager taking care of her employees like that. It’s hard to find good places to work with bosses who care about their employees and the company at the same time and it was easy to see Nicole cared about her team and she balanced it perfectly with trying to be of service at the same time.”
