I have been a member for 11 years and use the Gresham branch on Civic. All of my experiences have been great! Personal and business accounts, loans, etc. All made so easy. The teller lines can be long however, they are very customer service oriented such as noticing if there is a better account bundle for you and if so, able to convert right then.

I have a shared banking account with an out-of-state credit Union. I have always used Onpoint to get cash out of my out of state account, normally that has been an amazing experience.Until today, I recently closed my business and had rolled coins and misc change of just over a $180 that I wanted to deposit. The customer service staff at the desk, told me that even though they did offer shared banking with my credit union, I would have to pay a 15% fee or open a checking account with them to do it. Why In the hell would I open an account, when I live out of state? WTHSo.... in order for me to use your coin counter and deposit MY money. I have to pay them but yet OnPoint is making interest of of my money.Long story short four of my clients have closed their accounts with Onpoint, not to mention my son just had a similar experience with them.Kudos to the branch manager who was just sitting in the office chatting with other staff members. Great customer service ,NOT!

I love OnPoint because they have always had my back when it comes to transaction disputes, and they also helped me start my own transportation business. I sincerely appreciate the exemplary customer service at this branch. Thank you for everything!

As I sit a ponder 7 years ago and my wife dying and having to basically start over from scratch to doing 26 thousand trips for rideshare I can't fathom how I went backwards I paid for a Tesla model s , a 2018 camry hybrid and a 2017 audi a4 all within 3 years but u know what these jokers said they denied me a auto loan of 25k because my debt to income even though I've never missed a payment on anything lol this world is a joke. I mean who in their right mind would deny someone who paid for 3 cars in 3 years I know I'm in the twighlight zone and nothing I can do but think about all the blown opportunities and as I drown watch more opportunities go by as my light deems. HAPPY I SURE HOPE SO YOU GAVE ME THE URGE TO RISE AGAIN AND I MUST THANK YOU FOR THAT

Can not pay per them the over draft money I owe because as a bank they can't accept money from a card. I talked to a kid and supervisor and was called "dude and bro" and no resolve. I sold a house had money in and account as overpayment for the loan. Accidentally overdrew and keep getting you owe us this much in the mail and I can't pay. If I wanst forced into this bank I would never use them and now I can't even pay to leave them. The only bank I have haver pleaded with to take my money and they cant?Per your response: how can a bank not take a payment over the phone? I am willing to pay your 15 dollar fee and then some. I want to leave you as a bank. I still am not sure how to put money in the account.

Long lines all the time. Seems like they have new tellers every couple weeks. The branch manager Jody was rude not only to me but the teller who was trying to help me. Even when you want to just deposit a check the tellers harass you to open up another account. I closed my accounts and went with Unitus, and never looked back.

I don't understand theirs customer service- we do have multiple accounts with On Point- here what happened. For a multiple times I'm calling direct to customer service and asking to call me back(leaving my number) yes, they do call back in 20-30 min, no problem. For some reason phone got disconnected and they never call you back again; It does take me again and another 30 min. I try already two days on the row and they don't call me back. What is the problem? It is much faster for customer service rep to call me- because for me it is not that simple. I don't want to recommend On Point any more. Very disappointed

Denied a credit card for 500 dollars, I mean my credit score is only 750, and I have no credit card debt at all, my Capitol one card is only for 10 grand, and my wells card is only for 11 grand, so I can understand why giving me any credit would be reckless.....

Ive banked with Onpoint since they first opened and I've slowly watched their service decline especially in recent years. I made the mistake of opening my business account there instead of a bank like Key bank and have recently experience some of the worst disorganized service I have ever experienced. So I'm pulling all of my funds out of onppint and voicing my experience to others in my small business group in the area who will also be pulling out. Do not bank here!
