This is the WORST gym on the planet. I found out they lied to me about how their "memberships" are. I explained to the owner that I can NOT sign a contract because my neck is broken, having major surgery, could become a quadriplegic and at the very least won't be able to be in a gym for a year. They told me no problem and when would I need to cancel and I told them July 2023. I was only at this gym for a few months. JUST was told by some kid that who I spoke to put it as "frozen" which I guess means I'm supposed to pay. He said everything is a contract and I said that wasn't what I was told. he basically said tough and I owe them money. To take advantage of someone with a disability is DISGUSTING and I even have medical records to prove it. DO NOT GO HERE, they can put whatever notes they want in your account.

As an active duty Sergeant in the United States Army I was heavily disappointed in which the way I was treated. The older bald man at the front desk refused to take my online three day pass because I didn't have a state ID. I just got back from overseas and wanted to simply get a workout in but I was betrayed by my own community. Even showing my Kansas ID and my military ID I was forced to pay a $20 fee for a one day pass. I was nice and asked why because I am originally from Gresham. Absolutely ridiculous! When I asked to see the policy that they had on the matter they refused to show me and said either come in or leave the gym. I would ask all my brothers and sisters, active duty or retired to not attend this gym. Would not recommend again.

Only gym with steam room, sauna, and cold plunge. It's more like a cool plunge. Small basketball court. Friendly, helpful staff. Very happy with my membership here.

Love this gym! Coming from a gym "that shall not be named" I can actually get my workout in. No one on their phones. Never busy during the day or night. Can't wait to try out the pool, hot tub, and sauna. Staff is amazing. THEY CARRY BUCKED UP!

I couldn’t ever switch gyms. I have been having a rough time lately and Cris was so helpful and understanding of my situation he helped me out so much. He saved me so much money right when I needed it most. Thank you!!! This really is a gym that feels like family.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Shout out to Chris, Darrien and Bar! And they've got the machines for whatever workout you want to do. Coming here regularly helped me rehab completely after a hamstring injury. The elevator was sure appreciated.

Best gym in Gresham. Everyone is very kind, caring and motivating. I’ve been going here for 5ish years now and still can’t wait to show up tomorrow.

I like the proximity to my home. Generally the staff are friendly. Sometimes it takes a long time to get some of the machines fixed. They have one of the best selections for classes! The salt water pool is nice. I'm guessing it is similar to other gyms where people using it do not always have great gym etiquette. But I liked it enough to renew my membership.

Did 3 days trial I love the quiet atmosphere in this gym. TV and Music is not blasting that you can enjoy your workout and your own music. Chris is such a nice guy and other employees are very polite. They have jacuzzi which I really love.Tried their smoothie. Best smoothie I ever had. I am signing up soon.

Lyft fitness is pretty great. Lots of variety of equipment, pool, basketball court, 2(and a half) weight lifting rooms, boxing room, and the upper floor has lots of cardio equipment, a room for stretching, and a yoga/aerobics room (additionally theres a wet and dry sauna). The gym and locker rooms are kept quite clean, the staff is very helpful and overall my experience with other gym goers has been almost entirely pleasant. Literally my only complaint is that I wish they had 2 deadlift/Olympic lift platforms cause occasionally just having one isn't enough.

Clean, pretty quiet in the mornings. Staff are great. Machines are in good shape. The pool is a nice addition. I guess my only gripe is a lack of 24/7 access for weekends, but whatever.

This is the first time ever joining a gym but because on the 29th of April 2021 I awoke from a completely normal day the day before to being paralyzed from the waist down so over the past 3 years I've been learning to re walk. So the gym was a natural choice for me. Initially I was downtown Portland at a 24 hour fitness and this gym was so incredibly uncomfortable to me I stopped the gym and was not going to do that again. That is until walking Into lyft and after speaking with Chris I'm now a proud member, Chris reassured me they were a friendly family business and not judgemental of any one just starting and it has been the greatest choice I've made. So thank you to Chris and the crew at lyftRandy
