Such a great gym. Family feel and the smoothies are delicious! Went for about a year and ended up switching to another since that’s where all my friends go. Despite that couldn’t recommend the place enough. Check it out!

This gym has everything you need to workout. The best part is the free weight area upstairs, the treadmills facing outside, and the yoga room. The staff were friendly. I moved out of town so no longer needed a membership here. They accidentally charged me for a few extra months even though I cancelled but after letting them know, they said they would refund me because I did indeed give them 30 days notice. Thankful they were able to rectify the situation.

Nice gym, older equipment but doesn't seem overly crowded when I go. Typically early morning, occasionally 7/8pm

Been coming here for several years now. Today is a sad day for me today. I had to call and cancel my Lyft membership. Not because of anything wrong with the gym, but because I’m moving.With that being said, I would highly recommend this gym to anyone. Their price is extremely fair for what is included in your membership. Tanning, pool, hot tub, sauna, stream room, cold plunge, gorgeous cardio room upstairs, and a very nice weight room downstairs.The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I did personal training here, and my trainer was absolutely fantastic. It’s a mom and pop gym, place feels more like a gym family and less like a corporate gym.I wish I could give 5 stars, the only reason I am not, is because they seemed to have struggled with facilities maintenance for a while, and the gym was not as clean as I would have preferred, however, it’s seems as they have improved on this in the last year.Will miss you all,Best,Dustin

The best gym in town. They literally got everything from dry and steam sauna. Also a swimming pool and a boxing area.

Best gym EVER hands down! I’ve been a member here for the past ten years! I love that Chris treats you like family and you’re not just a “number” to him! So much better coming to a family owned facility opposed to a corporate ran facility! The swimming pool is my second home :) Weekdays during early afternoons are the best times for lap swimming! Love their aqua and boxing class! I also love that this gym has family swim night for the littles! Can’t wait to take my child to family swim night every week! :)

Great gym nice people. Open 24 hours on weekdays dry sauna wet sauna pool cardio weights. Yep. They got a lot.
