I was told that a front tire was unrepairable and the associate told me the other front tire was worth a $30 rebate, so I bought 2 new and when I paid for the new tires they said the $30 refund for the other front tire was invalid because I didn't buy 4 new tires but Point S would sell the same tire for $45.00.My new tires are mounted and then they negate the $30 refund on my old tire. I told the manager I would've only bought 1 tire if They would stop They pressuring people into buying 4 tires. Point S or whatever they call their business, seems deceptive, people schedule an 2 pm oil change and are told to check back in 1-2 hours
That is crap services and dishonetest. I was told it would cost over $100 for a full synthetic oil change which is the most expensive of most shops but to schedule a 1 pm appointment and to wait 1- 2 hours for an oil change.? The business seems poorly managed. One employee working on My vehicle spent 30 minutes talking about a women he had dated, while the other employee laughed about her buying him things. And I'm standing behind My vehicle 6 feet from the. employees. how unprofessional and mysonifistic this crap I have listen to because I want to see what they are doing to my vehicle. The tire guy working on my car actually started to put my new tire and Honda rim onto a Toyota beside my vehicle.They don't know a Honda rim from a Toyota and a 15 minute work order is like 45-60 minutes long.

Despite not having an appointment, they were able to fix our flat tire in an hour! Very impressed with their friendly service! Even washrooms are clean.

Dan M. Was super helpful and got my Lyft inspection done pretty much right away. The point S by the airport was antagonistic to me trying to do a walk in appointment, even though it says they do them in the Lyft app. I'll be coming back here for my next inspection.

I was in DESPERATE needs of tires and on very limited budget, Dan Martinson went above and beyond to help me and I could not have been more grateful. He made me know that they sincerely care about their customers and their safety.

Best tire buying experience ever!
My 2008 Cadillac DTS had a vibration at freeway speeds. I had been to a tire shop three separate times and they could not find the problem. I went to Gills Point S tire in Gresham... Juan was able to figure out in no time that I had an out of round tire. After mounting a new set of tires the problem (vibration) was completely gone!
This is the best tire shop I've ever been to... Their customer service is AMAZING!
All I can say is if you need tires this is the place for you!

The best tire buying experience ever!
I had a vibration with my car at highway speed. No one else could figure it out...Juan at Gill's Point S Tire in Gresham found the problem immediately...an out of round tire.
Now my car drives like new!

Tire rotation and full synthetic oil change on my 4 Runner. Always excellent service. I’ve purchased many sets of tires for several vehicles over the 15+ years I’ve worked with these folks. Wonderfully honest helpful people.
