After the repair person worked on my Kenmore Elite (Jerome) 1999 sewing machine it has never worked better! The threader that hasn’t worked in 10 years is now working! The timing was off so he fixed that. It’s amazing!

I have not used my sewing machine in quite awhile . I took it to Montavilla in Gresham and was greeted by Cynthia . She was so helpful and kind. She got my machine in order so I can now sew with it .I highly recommend this place .Cindy
