I have 4 lines for $100. The fourth line is suspended and hasn’t been used in years but I pay for it. I tried giving that line to my relative to help him save money.Instead of metro employee calling customer service and getting the line cleared for him she added a NEW line and charged an unnecessary $50 for his first months bill but I just paid that other line a few days ago. So now I have a new line I don’t want and they are making me call customer service to fix THEIR MISTAKE.Horribly trained employees don’t know the proper procedures to making an easy going service happen.They also charge to change numbers they are never friendly inside the Gresham location and all they do is complicate their loyal 9 year strong customers.If you don’t already have metro pcs I’d recommend else where.They hey don’t even let you get statements of all you call history it’s not available in detail.They got a lot to fix or I’m canceling 2 tablets and now 5 lines. And I will never look back. Metro pcs GET IT TOGETHER!!!!

Rude people work here. Bad customer service. Go somewhere else before you get harassedThe guy needs to be replaced. What a jerk.Did everything possible not to sell me a phone.If I could give negative star I would!And the only way for this store to make it right with me is fire the guy. PS I am not the only one in this list that is complaining about him either

After taking some time to arrive at this Metro to purchase another phone after having been a costumer for over10 years and losing my other phone. I wanted to buy another well got there before they closed 10 min in fact but that was not enough time for him to set up a new phone . But he was nice enough to direct me to a crick et location down the road. This company can go love them self. .

Paid bill was greeted as soon as i walked in door they helped me right away and also gave me some great new that ill be going back to take care of they said thank you and see you soon and did it all with a smile

What a rip-off.. If you really want Metro by T-mobile, go online and order a phone.. don't bother with this location.. they are the worst.Save yourself a few bucks and a lot more headaches..

Employee was not friendly nor very helpful. I miss the great customer service and location in Troutdale. This Gresham location I will not be returning to nor recommending.

Went with my mom to upgrade her phone, was able to find a new one and have it activated within 20 minutes. Good customer service.

The manager and the girl are ok. The other guy who proudly announced that he’s been working There fir a long time and would never break a screen on a phone (6 months ??) is awful!!! He broke my friends phone then denied it and refused to fix it but the next day he tried to rip off single mom by over charging by $50!!! I went to 122 and division store and walked out with a phone and my money in less than 30 minutes. Great gals!!! Manager super helpful and kind. I’ll never go back to the one next door to me. It’s worth the drive. Maybe he shouldn’t be taking personal calls while he’s checking someone out as well. He’s obviously not that talented to do both successfully Very unprofessional.
