So disappointed to see that one of the world's worst customer service employees is still providing unhelpful, rude, unprofessional, disinterested "service" at this location. Zarya or Zenya or whatever her name is has never once done anything to help me when she's been working in the store. Today, her charming response to my concern was "that sucks" and "are you sure you didn't just push the wrong button and delete everything?"Absolutely useless. I left irritated and with zero resolution to my issue, as always. Someone please drastically retrain or release this poor reflection on the company at large.

I was trying to get my phone activated for a couple days, but kept encountering multiple issues after more issues with my phone, other stores, the self service website crashing, a required but hidden second IMEI, and more. Finally, Valentines I think the employee's name was able to do some sort of service call override and get it activated. My new phone is working great now!

Oh my gosh the girl was beyond rude she deliberately didn't wait on me and was speaking Spanish to her One customer I asked her a question very nicely and she was very rude in her response

Went in to upgrade my wife's phone decided on the galaxy a53 5g. Full price for phone is 469.99, new line is 199.99. Upgrade price was told was 26.11 for 12 months has to be financed that comes to 313.32. Said fine we will finance. Get done about to walk out they hand me the receipt and it says I financed 469.99, I said why does it say 469.99? They said that's just the full price of the phone not what you financed, I said are you sure that's not what it says here. He said ya your good that's not what you financed. OK thank you! Call the finance company no I got charged the full price for the phone. Scammed by a metro pcs store employee!

I wonder how many of us have those same thoughts and questions spinning around in our heads the second we walk in to our carriers store.Oh ship its that guy AGAIN....OR ITS I. No more about phone then that doornob ever will.and the classic hello.....hello customer as your kicking the service bell around banging into stuff making a scene and still nobody anywhere:4stars said i didnt have to go down that road for once. Marcos has exceptional customer service! This isn't my first time here, however, each time I am pleasantly surprised by this young man's professionalism. I have bought phones, changed plans, issues with phones not working, and he is quick to listen, understand, and problem solve. Marcos surely has a great future ahead of him! I will continue to do business here, and also recommend him to family & friends.

I call the store and they actually picked up the phone. I have tried multiple places but no one picks up to answer a simple question. Marco did and held a tablet i was looking for till i was able to come in to pick up. Marco and Abanoub were great. They got me the Tablet i needed and had me on my way and set up. I was more than happy to buy accessories here.

My Metro PCS phone broke so went to this location even though it's not the closest one because apparently this store has more phone options. The ladies at this store gave me an outstanding customer service. Very courteous and approachable . The store was pretty busy but they were very efficient and respectful. Everyone in the store didn't get stressed out. HIGHLY recommended!

The Gentlemen that helped me out was great. I wanted to transfer my service from sprint to Metro. I wasn't there to be up sold and I kindly made that clear. After his couple of attempts he got to the point and we were off. I was in and out in what had to be 20 to 25 minutes. Very helpful, Afforadable and quick.
