We rented a hospital bed in late April we thought the process would go well. Tried to return it in a month and they delayed picking it up but they charged us anyway for a partial month of rental. Since then McCanns has been charging our credit card every month for the rental of a bed we do not have. Thought we had it resolved only to find out they have continued to charge the card. The customer service rep we talked to was extremely rude, did not take the time to explain why the charges were being made, said they could not remove our card from their system and accused us of somehow making the charge ourselves. They've refunded some of the money after several phone calls, however, this seems like a way for them to get money from people who may not be able to monitor their credit card accounts and/or cannot advocate for themselves. Beware if you chose this company, watch the charges on your credit card, save all receipts, get signed documents when they drop off and pick up and document phones calls.

My Mom and I went there looking for a lift recliner chair. Right away we were welcomed by Edward, he showed us our options and took his time listening and explaining the controls to my Mom.
There was no pressure.
When you shop the Gresham store I would highly recommend Edward, he was awesome!

They said it would cost me $200 to rent lift chair. At no time did they tell me it cost $162 to deliver it. Beware of hidden costs they don't tell you about. It cost me $378 for the $200 chair rental. Dishonest and aa real ripoff!

Except when I can get the manager on the phone or one other worker who is nice. Most of the time when I call about my order, I am treated as if I am an ANNOYANCE!! Very, very poor phone skills. Once I was told "we have to take care of customers in the store first" even if I had just been in the store an hour or so earlier to tell them what I was getting.

Very rude phone customer service skills. When obtaining to plus sizes mobility information to help benefit larger bodied individuals, and they just flat out hang up on you mid sentence without zero care in the world, especially if it was a larger bodied individual who called for the information to help assist others who struggle with medical equipment. Have some respect for individuals, especially if you work in the field to assist those in need!

My 90 YO mother lives in assisted living and is wheelchair bound. She spends much of her day in her electric recliner. It stopped working this week and I was able to get on the phone with repair tech Brent at the Tigard location. He was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the issue after just a few questions. Luckily they had the part, and he completed the repair within 2 hours. So grateful!!

This place has a good selection and a good service department. But on at least 4 occasions I've called them and not have calls returned. I call that bad service. Maybe they are too busy but I didn't find them friendly. I once asked to see if an item was able to be rented and the sales person went to the desk and didn't return after 10-15 minutes and didn't provide an update. I both the walker somewhere else. Another time an associate was coughing during Covid and I asked if they could wear a face mask and the person she it was allergies and she wouldn't wear one. Even so, during covid people often took the more precautionary approach and would at least wear a mask if asked. For a business to not honor this request is not customer friendly. We've been there several times and never received friendly service. The store in Beaverton at least asnwered the phone when I called. If you want good and friendly service. Go elsewhere. You've been warned.

If I could give them zero stars I would I came in person With my eighty nine year old mother so they can see her walker So they can see If they can sell me a cup holder. They said it would take a week for them to have it shipped from their Two weeks later I called; they said nothing was done. I went in person again, they said I should have brought in the walkers so they could see it!

I was there today and the lady was very abrupt and acted like I was bothering her. I wish I would've gotten her name but she had blonde hair and very rude. I will not return.

Two out of the 3 employees were pretty incompetent in helping me replace a battery for my Pride Go Go scooter (purchased at the Gresham store in 2019 or 2918). The only knowledgeable one is the service tech. I was quoted $140 for battery replacement, over the phone, so I arranged a ride and took the scooter in to be fixed ( they said they had the battery in stock). After leaving my scooter there for an hour until the tech returned (on a service call), it was determined that I needed a lithium battery replacement (at about $800). I tried to order one but the two were unable to complete this transaction or even give me a price or a timeline. I am frustrated and in pain and handicapped and I find this level of non-help to be less than useful. At this point I will probably just order the battery online and install it myself. I am frustrated and looking at 2 to 3 weeks until anything is resolved. Useless!!!

I went there today to get a walker they showed me a slightly used one new price was 239.00 they told me I could have it for 50.00 then they gave it to me for nothing thank you ladies
