waited in curbside spot for 20 minutes for a simple order pickup, i was only one in curbside fyi. store wasn't busy and no way to contact inside. i had my babies with me and couldn't go in. my spot was right in front of the store doors so there's no reason this should happen

They're listed as an authorized Apple repair site. But they don't have parts so all they can offer is to send your phone to Apple - 7 to 10 days. Drove from Hood River to Gresham to hear that. Heading to other repair place. Will tell Apple they shouldn't be calling this a repair site if they don't have parts. The guy at the Geek Squad within was very nice - and apologetic.

Worst customer service ever!! Brought in my iPhone to do a passcode recovery and they told me there was something wrong with my phone. Took phone home and was able to restore it myself. When I go back to ask why I was able to figure it out I get an eye-roll. DO NOT EVER PAY FOR GEEK SQUAD!!! Complete rip-off!! They don't know what they are doing.

Absolutely the worst experience ever and I didn't think that they were that way, RACIST UMM NOT OK especially after being a paying customer and dropping like 400. 00 for an oculus.i was eye balled soon as I entered and through the whole process and to have your security ask me about a receipt when you and every associate just watched me purchase items ,and not once did I see you ask any non black customers for their receipt or even after I was asked and watched nobody else, absolutely not ok period..

Placed an order online for next day delivery and they chose to ship from this store. Received an email the next day stating that my order would be delayed by up to two weeks. The order still has not shipped from this store and the company refuses to cancel and refund the order. I will not trust BestBuy with my money ever again.

When to Best Buy to buy a landline - since Best Buy online has supplies of v-tech single landline phones. Well I went today and walked behind sales rep and only had 1vtech with 4 phones. Staff were not friendly.

not very impressed with the new gresham best buy remodel ,,, i went to best buy today the customer service line was so long line ,, i for one will not be shopping ,we have our opinions , see if you like it,,,,i will be shopping some where else on line and have it shipped to me , they made the store much smaller hardly no employees,, they are going to do the same at cascade bestbuy ,, best buy changed the store too much

Honestly I rather not talk to geek squad anymore at this store just for what happened today. I will explain my reasons for my actions. First I walk in going to return my Beats Studio Buds and get me some new AirPod pro 3s walk in line wait for a few minutes. I clearly remember that my STUDIO BUDS cost me $169.99 but honestly if I'm wrong I am but I was talking to a girl from geek squad she was a manager or something and told me I paid $129.99 and we were talking nothing bad happened she was nice about everything so I was as well I didn't raise my voice or anything but she trying to explaining something I already knew and me explaining I knew the difference between the headphones I got. I told her I'm sure I paid 169.99 but it's better for me to keep the headphones. A man (not sure of his name) from geek squad was just hovering over not sure why. He pointed at the receipt they printed showing me how much I paid saying "How much did you pay here" He said it in a way where it wasn't a question he said it in a way where it made me look stupid honestly I'm not sure why he decided to involve himself in the conversation when it was already over, I was about to be on my way I already told the lady I was going to be on my way and not do it. She told me alright that was the end of it.He honestly shouldn't have said anything at that point but after he said what he said I looked at him and looked at the paper and back at him in disbelief and told him " Why the f*** are you coming at me like that" he honestly had no reason to involve himself and seemed unprofessional I was already on my way and didn't have to be treated like that so at the end I was kicked out honestly on my part I think I had a good reason to tell him that because he was honestly being rude but if you're reading this hope you treat future customers better and not make them seem stupid.

How is it possible that you have 40 employees working at a time and most are just standing around and yet when I call during a not busy time I have to wait on hold 10 minutes? And not only that but now when you call the first thing the robots ask is your phone number to your Best Buy account and if you don't have one it appears you can't proceed to speak to a human unless you just keep yelling into your phone for literally five minutes. Best Buy your CEO is morally bankrupt...

Worst best buy ever. Ive had my airpods break before and be replaced on the spot at my home town best buy. No hassle... honored my apple care plan instantly. Im on the road 20 hours from home and this best buy location wants me to set up an appt in 2 weeks to have them looked at and THEN sent out to be replaced. Worst experience ever at a best buy! I bet you the next town i hit will have a best buy that will honor their apple care plan
