We took our car after my husband was rear ended. Steve did our estimate, let us know several times that it may be different when they open it up. Scheduled a rental for us. Dropped off on Tuesday morning, was told that it probably would be the next week. Nope had it back all fixed on Friday.
Could not have been any happier with the folk there and being kept in the loop timeframe! Highly recommend! The only bad thing is Steve is now retired ? ( enjoy your well earned retirement ?)

Worst auto body place in Gresham. I would not recommend taking your car to mackins. Steve is the worst person. Do you ever want to take your car to I do not recommend steve or mackin's auto body for your auto repair needs.

Mackins auto body shop is honest and great. Got into an accident with my new vehicle and it took about two months since parts were missing and had to wait but there’s nothing you can do about it. They did weekly updates and let me know how everything was going. My vehicle looks the same before the accident.

Had to take my Ford Edge in for a repair to a door that was hit. I can't imagine a body shop taking more care than Mackin's did. From the beginning they were easy to work with, kept me informed and finished the repairs ahead of time. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Really fantastic experience here! Kelley and her team are incredibly knowledgeable, helped me understand every step of the process, and kept me informed every step of the way. The work was done swiftly, and I am incredibly impressed with the way they took care of my car. I really can't recommend them enough!

Excellent service. Kelley set expectations, called me on a regular basis, the repairs are undetectable, the car was cleaner after the repairs than when delivered to the shop. Very happy with their work.
