It's been on a decline. My reason for giving low stars is I wanted to cancel over the phone or on the app and I was unable to. I understand this was in my contract, but it doesn't stop me from being displeased with it. I was unable to come in physically to cancel for a month. I understand if other gyms are this way as well. But they need to change it and continue improving the customer experience. We can demand better.
So I went in on Sunday when I had time because I have been moving. But they they let me know it's only m-f 8am-5pm that they can cancel.. those are my work hours and I'm too busy. This is why I am leaving low stars for the inconvenience.
Thank you for your patience and understanding to the person working at the desk.

Had a free trial, really appreciated that! I like the gym equipment as I can scan the QR codes on them to check how to use. Staff are kind and respectful and the facility seems clean.
Although as soon as my free trail was over they’ve called me 3 times in a week to sign up for a membership. I understand it’s part of the job but 3 times is a bit much…

I am not a member of this gym but I have seen many negative comments regarding hygiene and cleanliness. I think that should start with the members of the gym, who are the ones who vote garbage out of the votes because I think the staff makes an effort to maintain it but The members are very critical but not self-critical. I visited once with a friend and I found their equipment and staff quite complete, some of which are expensive but I think it is up to par with their infrastructure… I hope to go soon and join the Fitness team…

This gym is very well kept. Super clean and a lot of equipment to chose from. I did not appreciate the pushiness to get me a membership. I got in on a free pass from a friend to test it out. I got a call telling me that he could sign me up over the phone. I don't liked being pushed into a sale. So I'll go elsewhere.

I went to this gym for 10 years.. it has gone down hill and management is too cheap.. they don't even turn on the AC anymore

Just another dirty over crowded gym. Full of gym bros. Chest bump dude lol. Stink bathrooms and sauna has trash inside. Overpriced

The gym is super clean with friendly staff and a great motivational environment. Jordan led me through a personal training session and it was an AWESOME workout. Excited to progress in my fitness journey here with this supportive team.
