I've been shopping here for a few years now and never had a problem... We walked iny husband asked Mark do u know where the Recliners are he was so RUDE I said he had an Attitude let's ask someone else he yells what did u say I ignored him then he said it again I said you are very RUDE he goes oh lol... I asked for Jack he was so pleasant and helpful above and beyond thank you Jack

Usually don't leave reviews but these guys definitely deserve to get fired, they don't care about the quality, or customer service, they only care about taking your money and wasting your time, they are rude, disrespectful, humiliating, if you value your time and money don't come here, it'll be the worst headache of your life!

We have worked with Jack and Nancy multiple times over the last 10 years and they always take such great care of us! We have purchased multiple beds, furniture, lamps, etc and the prices are always great, the service is top notch, the delivery is on time! We highly recommend JR Furniture in Gresham for all of your home furnishings.

We bought a dining table set for our new house and Nancy lied to us about the price, lied to us about how long it would take, and had her friend Joseph do the delivery (because she said it was cheaper) who damaged some items. Nothing has been taken care of. We are very disappointed.

Mark is the best! We came in to the JR Furniture on a Saturday looking for a couch and we were greeted right away. He worked with my husband and I and was very patient with me when I kept being indecisive with what I wanted. Then.... when we found out that we might not get our couch in time for the new house for when family was going to all come over - Mark totally pulled some strings and boom... our couch arrived in 1-1/2 weeks. Thank you Mark for calling the actual owner of the manufacturer and pulling your favor card! And the couch is wonderful - my best couch yet. It is sturdy, comfortable and it is very obvious that the material is NOT the cheap kind.

What a joke of service. Order a Stanton sectional back in May with the claim that we would have it in 6 to 8 weeks. Here we are at 12 weeks with half a sectional as they sent the wrong size. After repeated phone calls, of which they never reached out proactively to let us know it won’t be ready for another three weeks. It just keeps on getting worse and worse. We asked for them to come pick up the half of the sectional they had delivered and just refund us our money since it has already been 12 weeks. The owner said no through his manager and like the coward he is refuses to talk with customers. Really how do you run a business like this? Please do yourself a favor and avoid JR furniture as they have no customer service. We would have been happy to keep the sectional if they had just reached out on occasion to let us know it was delayed rather than us having to chase them and have them lie to us. Too bad as I want to support our local business but I guess we will have to go to one of the big box stores that actually pretends to like their customers.

Buyer beware! JR furniture took our money in May of 2023 noting a 4-8 week lead time and has yet to produce our purchased item. We have been calling weekly since July with no follow up from JR.Sept 8th, 2023 We have asked them to pick up the portion they recently delivered and receive a refund in full. The owner refuses to respond. Credit card dispute and attorneys involved.

I have been a JR Furniture customer for 15yrs. 3 couches, 2 bedroom sets. I made the mistake just a few weeks ago and went to Ashley furniture and bought a couch and chair, BIG MISTAKE. The service there is the WORST. Should have read reviews. They (Ashley) kept changing my delivery date, which I told them the day I purchased, I had to have it by a certain date, they assured me no problem ? date change was twice. Frustrated I went to JR Furniture with my tail between my legs for cheating on them (LOL) met with open arms by my guy Mark (best salesman) he let me know they had the exact set, and not only did they have it, he gave me a return customer discount, guaranteed me a date that was even better then the original date of Ashley. So with what I spent at Ashley (got my money back) I was able to get my set, delivery and 5yr warranty from JR Furniture. This is why I will be a lifetime customer. JR Furniture has ALWAYS gone above and beyond in customer service. You just can’t go wrong. Thank you so much JR

I recently bought counter stools and could not be happier with the experience. The selection was better than the other furniture stores, the price was better & the service from Mark Evans was excellent from start to finish!
