There’s a reason Andre has such high reviews. He does solid work, is extremely honest and accommodating. I had a brand new battery replaced by him and I do my research when it comes to places. I’m 100% pleased with his work and I’m a hard sell.

These guys diagnosed hybrid battery issues, honored their warranty on the renewed battery with no hassle, and ended up diagnosing and replacing the failing 12v for a reasonable price all in about 45 minutes. I would definitely recommend them without hesitation!Service: Battery

Andre is one of nicest most sincere people you will ever meet. My Toyota Camry Hybrid has a little over 400,000 miles on it and Andre just replaced my batteries for the second time. Customer service and workmanship is top notch! Prices are great! I highly recommend him!

Andre has been so incredibly helpful. A year or so ago, I thought my hybrid battery was starting to fail but it turned out it was just a loose connection to the 12-volt. Andre tightened it up and everything was fine until I got a leak in my car, under the trunk area. This time the hybrid battery actually needed to be replaced. Andre knew exactly what the problem was, and even showed me where the leak was coming from so I can repair it myself. It saved me so much money compared to what the dealer had quoted. I only wish I had taken it straight to Andre to begin with!Service: Battery

Brought in my malfunctioning battery. They rebuilt it, found and replaced the bad cells. Saved me at least a grand over buying another battery. Andre was a solid guy. They'll also pull and fix your battery if you're not feeling handy.

I helped my daughter purchase a used Prius. A 2006 Gen II with 81,000 miles. I know nothing about the cars other than good reviews and happy owners. My son also drove cab while in college and said cab owners love them for there durability and simplicity. The person I purchased the car from was a Prius nut, had owned dozens of Priuses and knew his stuff. The car we purchased had a new reconditioned battery installed by HBE. I called HBE to ask a few questions about the battery and Andre the owner was amazing. He took the time to answer, explain and educate me on many issues of owning a Prius. I asked him about a turn signal that had gone out in the rear. He told me the only way to fix it was to replace the entire unit. Now, he could of tried to sell me a new one, but instead told me where to buy one, on the web, and what to get. Then he said, "when you recieve it bring it by my shop aqnd I'll install it for free. How can you beat that? With the glowing recommendation of the previous owner and the help and attitude Andre showed how could I go anywhere else??

When the Red Triangle of Doom appeared on my 2007 Prius I kind of panicked! After a little research, I took it to my local mechanic who diagnosed the dreaded hybrid battery replacement. At first I thought it might be better to buy another car, but with only 108k miles and in good condition otherwise, I started looking at the possibility of replacing the battery with someone other than a dealer....we all know the problem with dealers....price! Once I read the Hybrid Battery Exchange reviews, how he rebuilds the batteries and the prices, all with guarantees, I was sold! Andre got me in very quickly and ran a diagnostic just to confirm that I actually needed a battery before installation! Having several price options for battery replacement was really helpful and there was no pressure to choose the most costly. While I waited in a nice reception area, he completed the replacement in about an hour. Andre was very nice and even offered to speak with my mechanic if I had to have any other work done in the future and he had any Prius questions. I highly recommend this company!
