My tax pro, Kelsey is outstanding. She prepared my husband and my joint return and she was extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. I had to contact her a month after we filed with questions about our refund status. She promptly called me back and was very thorough and helpful in rectifying the situation. She really put my mind at ease. Easily one of the best, most helpful customer service experiences of my life.

Charged me 500 dollars for the service, never go back there again . Other places charged me about 380 dollars .

I went to the location in the dalles in 2019 and 2020 and they got my taxes wrong and put in the wrong address, I ended up having to pay oregon 5000 in fee's and H&R Block did not even cover there guarentee and I ended up having to pay about 6000 over this last year, I reported it and never heard heard back from there corp office

2023 tax year.I have used HR block online for over 10 years. Had a lot of life events happen this year so my wife and I thought it would be a good idea to have a tax professional look over the taxes. Thinking maybe they would find something to save us some money.No questions asked for anything that could possibly save us money. She just put in our documents and said this is how much you owe. I messaged her a few times and she didn’t seem to want to look over them to see if there is anything that could possibly allow us to pay less taxes. So we paid the $8k tax debt that she said we owed.One month later we get a letter from the IRS in the mail. We paid too much on our taxes. What the hell?!!! Now I feel cheated!!! We paid your tax professional almost $400 to basically do exactly what I do at home using the online software and she gets it wrong. In the 10+ years doing it myself I have never gotten it wrong. I also paid a hell of a lot less for the online product.Don’t waste your money. After this I am tempted to stop using HR Block for my family and I am going to recommend the rest of my extended family stay away from this company.
