“There are so many beautiful items here, I was so happy to see each 'booth'. I met the owner, a darling woman with a goal! I also had the awesome opportunity of meeting one of the artists, as we just happened to be buying a few of his art pieces! It was really cool to see such whole collections of seemingly random things. I bought a handmade metal octopus, a handmade metal dog, and a collectible Dr. Seuss coffee mug. We saw art pieces, and old childrens books. Items such as crochet, drawings, stickers, coffee mugs, paintings, embroidery, and collectible items from the 1900's. I am so excited to return, I will try not to forget my punch card!”

“I was looking for fruit trees, and they were all geared up for Christmas already. They were somewhat helpful, but the selection for what I was looking for was limited.”

“I was very impressed with the Gresham Joann store. Lots and lots of fabric and beautiful pieces of fabric. All kinds of notions and different items to purchase. This store is superior to most of the other Joann stores in the area. The service at the checkout was very friendly and prompt. The store was clean, which I can't say for the Tigard or the Oregon city stores. They must be different owners of the building.”

“Huge store with a wide selection of fun and hard to find gifts. It is easy to get distracted, browsing fun items you didn't know existed. Great decorative items and rugs. I will admit the prices are a bit high. You can find similar products online for cheaper. However, it is fun to go there and find stuff you didn't know you wanted.”

“I came in twice in the last week looking for items to furnish my new apartment, and both times, I had wonderful experiences. The first time, I came in with my mom just to look around and see if there was anything they had that I might like (there was! They have gorgeous and high-quality funiture in a wide variety of styles), and we had a very pleasant experience with Lorrie R. (the general sales manager). He was helpful and friendly, and did not get pushy with my mom and I. It was this positive experience (as well as a pointedly negative experience at another furniture store nearby) that made me want to do business at this store.Fast-forward to today, both my parents and I came in to look around and make some decisions, but the selection, prices, and service were so greatly above and beyond my expectations that I purchased nearly every furniture item I need to move with the help of sales associate Marina H.! BIG THANKS to the folks at Furniture Connexion :DI'm sure all their sales associates are lovely, but work with Marina or Lorrie if you have the chance - you won't regret it!”

“I've been driving down Division for years and I've never noticed this place. Today it grabbed my eye and I did a you turn. Stopped by and the wonderful lady brought us a tape measure and after that off we went home. Went back after a few hours and bought two large pots and two smaller ones. I thought the prices were very fair and I have to tell you her customer service was well above top notch. I will for sure be back!”

“Mark is the best! We came in to the JR Furniture on a Saturday looking for a couch and we were greeted right away. He worked with my husband and I and was very patient with me when I kept being indecisive with what I wanted. Then.... when we found out that we might not get our couch in time for the new house for when family was going to all come over - Mark totally pulled some strings and boom... our couch arrived in 1-1/2 weeks. Thank you Mark for calling the actual owner of the manufacturer and pulling your favor card! And the couch is wonderful - my best couch yet. It is sturdy, comfortable and it is very obvious that the material is NOT the cheap kind.”
