The customer service was prompt and friendly. I was able to get my son’s seasonal ski rentals done in less than 30 minutes and an appointment wasn’t required. Thank you for your professionalism and expeditious service.

My friend and I came here to pick up some gear to summit MT.Hood. The rentals were perfect! Without this gear we wouldn’t have made it far.
They showed us how to use them properly and gave us a little bit of knowledge about the destination.
They were very knowledgeable and safety oriented.
They have all the gear you need for mountaineering. Definitely gonna be back!

They need to take their “I work off commission” signs off their necks. Other than products being shoved down your throat and assuming you know nothing they’re great.

Absolute stellar service from Sal, was friendly, helpful, bright, and personable! He helped me find my first ever pair of ski boots and couldn’t be more thrilled! Overall amazing experience with Sal and with hillcrest, cannot recommend enough!

I’ve been getting my gear gear for almost 10 years. The other day, Sal went above and beyond when I called to tell him that I was going to be 1 minute after close to buy some new bindings. He kept the shop open to let me get in and out real quick. Thanks for staying late Sal!

Koltyn greeted me as soon as I walked in and immediately helped me fix my ski. He not only fixed my problem but was able to walk me through the process and educate me on how bindings work.

Koltyn helped get me a complete new set up snowboard boots and bindings. One of the boots had a boa issue later in the season and he got it all taken care of. Will for sure be coming back again.

Went there yesterday after it being recommended by several friends. Ezra helped me pick out a full setup, boots, bindings and board. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me pick out everything. At no point did I feel rushed. And now I'm excited to try out all my new gear! Thank you Ezra, can't wait to come back.
