Brought my big furry Oakley here for his first real grooming and they did great! He's pretty high energy and is weird about people touching his ears and they still got the job done and quick! They also honored my appointment after an emergency the night before and I thought that was super awesome that they still saw us and took the time on my pup regardless of the stress they were under! Will definitely be coming back!

Love Debbie and her crew! You can’t beat the quality and the price. She always does an amazing job! This was Dublins first haircut and he looks so handsome. I’ve brought my other dog to her before whose a short hair and I’m never disappointed.

Do not take your doodle here. Old lady i met today does not know what a double doodles fur looks like. Ive been grooming him myself for 4 years, brushing every day, flea meds, ear cleaning, nails, homemade treats, homemade nutritionally balanced food, natural supplements, he is a healthy happy boy, i just wanted to take that time consumption off of my plate and pay someone else to do it. He has a double coat, very patchy and difficult to manage, lots if curls amidst an almost cottonball or wooly texture undercoat. She touched him for 1 second and said his fur is matted. I tried to say oh, no its just thick, we brush him every day, she argued back "well i am telling you its...." i said have a nice day and left. We were in there for maybe 30secs. One side note, i had taken him in a few days before to have someone pluck some hair out of one ear that i couldnt seem to get, and the younger lady that helped me on that day greeted me politely, was super kind and professional, did what she could, and even said no charge but i insisted i pay her anyway. Shes worth going to this groomer for, but not the old lady.Edit: first pics are before any grooming that day, new pics are after at home bath, blow dry, and brush. No dematting needed because there were no mats. Do not insult and argue with a potential new client when you dont know their dogs fur yet.

Lydia was absolutely amazing! Took my standard poodle in who was super scruffy, and I didn’t groom him for a few months, I know shame on me! They got me in super fast and they were reasonably priced! Not only was Lydia fabulous, and inviting when I dropped Cooper off, she also called to clarify after I left about his groom and the specifics. 10 out of 10 would recommend! Will be going back for a bath and fluff in a few weeks before his next groom. Thanks again for making my fur baby look dapper!

Heads and tails grooming takes excellent care of my Himalayan cat. Her long hair can get very matted if she doesn't get regular grooming.They know her by name and by sight and are very gentle, even though she is rough on them.

did a great job with my dog Ron he looks awesome. She did everything I asked him to do and he smells great and no itching a few miscommunications but other than that it was awesome.

I’ve taken my Airedale Terrier here for a couple of years now & love it. Easy to communicate with (text for apt) & they always get me in quick. I love the owner & her willingness to work with you on exactly what you want. Prior to going here, I tried several groomers & none were up to par like Heads N Tails ❤️

The girls first bath.. She did great I was scared it would take an hour and a half was less than an hour started to feel said she was hyper over the blow-dryer but was still dry when I picked it up !! Kudos to you Ladies Thank You !

I've taken my dog to a few different groomers in the area, but after our visit to their Gresham location, I'm happy to say that the search for our favorite grooming salon is finally over. They are so nice and inviting, as well as quick & affordable! Would highly recommend taking your pet to them. By far the best in town!
