I was a first time buyer and was very nervous about the process. Georgio, Brian G, and Izzy made me feel so comfortable. There was zero pressure on me to buy, or to upsell me on things I didn’t want, it wasn’t like a sale as much as it felt like some good friends were helping me out. They worked with my financing and were able to secure a loan with an acceptable interest rate, and when it came time to choose a car, they helped me find the perfect one. I’m giving them 5 stars bc it was such a great experience, I unequivocally recommend them.

My sales Rep. Christopher Moyer was absolutely amazing. I've never felt less pressured or more at home when buying a car as I did with this man. Everyone I encountered was so nice, including Jordan who ran the numbers until we figured out what could work for me. But hands down Christopher will be who we buy our cars from when needed in the future!

Justin Culnas was fantastic!! All maintenance was completed before i could finish my lunch with no additional items added on for repair. The 40 minute travel time for Gresham Toyota / Justin is well worth it.

I think my recent visit has done it. I had it scheduled for oil change. Usually it had been taking about 45mins to 1hr. The last 2 visit had taken 3.5 hrs. Aint why there is a schedule, to avoid the long wait.

I just had my 2022 Toyota serviced at Gresham Toyota and Brandon took so many extra steps to my my experience so rewarding! After several attempts and complaints about the head unit in my vehicle that I knew needed to be replaced...Brandon made it happen!!! He took a listen to my stereo and bam!!! He had a service tech that day while I was already there for an oil change...no extra appointment needed! Thank you so much Brandon!!! YOU made it happen. I so appreciate you! If I could give Brandon more than 5 stars, I so would!!! Toyota is lucky to have him: friendly, knowledgeable, caring and just around amazing!!! Thank you Brandon again!!! YOU made my day!!!

They were very fast and Chris even gave me an additional $10.00 off because I begged him to see if there was any way he could get me a discount. They were really busy but they were done in less than an hour
