This was a smooth car buying experience. The staff was helpful, friendly, and well informed. There was not a lot of pressure and they were very upfront with all information and questions that I had. They gave me a respectable trade in value and had the exact car I had been shopping for.The sales associate, Damien, was courteous and there when I had any questions.I don't predict that I'll need to buy another car for years, but if / when I do, I'll head back to Gresham Subaru.Overall a great experience.

Fabian was absolutely fantastic! I truly can't say enough good things about him and my experience at Gresham Subaru!I had a couple negative experiences at a previous Nissan dealership that really left me jaded and untrusting. I was in a situation where I needed a new car, and I decided for the very first time, I wanted a NEW car. I have always purchased used prior so wanted something absolutely NEW. I had reached out to several dealerships and was being very particular because of my prior experiences.From the absolute beginning, Fabian made me comfortable and answered all my questions quickly and honestly, without any run around or issues. He was very transparent with me, and ultimately that is what brought me into the dealership to work with him.Not only did he come in on his day off to make sure my experience was perfect and get me set up in my new vehicle, he also brought me my vehicle to my job later in the day after a misunderstanding on my own part that led to us having to sign paperwork a little later when my husband was available. He drove roughly an hour to me, in rush hour traffic, on his day off, to make sure I was taken care of, and I absolutely cannot thank him enough for that!!!! He made sure we got a fantastic deal, and made sure we had a fantastic experience as well, even on his day off!Fabian is the reason I came to Gresham Subaru, and Fabian will absolutely be why I return to Gresham Subaru! I plan on having my new Crosstrek for a long while, but when the time comes to get another vehicle, or if my husband decides he wants a new Subaru, we will absolutely be working with Fabian again.Thank you for everything you did to get me into my new car, make my experience amazing and taking the time to make sure I was taken care of, I truly beyond appreciate all you've done Fabian!

My experience with Gresham Subaru was fantastic from start to finish. My salesman Cassidy was Fantastic, As was the whole team. Was there for just an hour and a half from start to finish. Negotiated for just about 20 minutes and the deal was done.. They even threw in some extra goodies.. Love my new ride!

I recently visited Gresham Subaru for an oil change, tire rotation, and a courtesy inspection, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. Jacob, the service advisor, stood out with his friendly demeanor and a comprehensive explanation of the inspection results.Gresham Subaru deserves top marks across the board. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly, and the efficiency of the service allowed me to be in and out within an hour. The waiting area was inviting, equipped with ample seating, and the complimentary coffee, cappuccino, and espresso machine added a delightful touch to the experience.Having visited several Subaru dealerships, I can confidently say that Gresham Subaru maintains a consistently high standard of customer service in their service department. I highly recommend both Subaru vehicles and, specifically, the outstanding service at Gresham Subaru.

I have been using Gresham Subaru Service Department for over ten years and cannot be more happy with them than I am. Their business ethic and honesty has proven to be second to none. They bend over backwards to assure that you receive top notch service and, in this regard, they go well beyond normal great service.Through their actions, they have proven that they are honest and fair and they frequently perform services that they find at no additional charge.The very first time I used them, I had a check engine light issue which I found out was not covered by warranty. When I advised them that I'd have to put off some other requested service (that I had also brought the car in for) because I could not afford both items at that visit, the Assistant Service Manager at the time said "Mike, I'll tell you what..since this is your first time using Gresham Subaru Service, we are going to cover that check engine light issue as a warranty (no charge) item!" Saved me $400.00!! What kind of dealer does that? A dealer who values its customers and who is honest to a fault.The foregoing is NOT an isolated incident. Their current Assistant Service Manager (Frank) just recently did a similar thing and covered the replacement of a cam seal for me at no cost to me "because they might have missed spotting this issue when they replaced my water pump!" (a few months prior) Saved me $200.00+ for labor and parts.What kind of dealer treats their customers this way? An honest dealer who is totally committed to providing fair and honest customer service and who proves it daily "by going above and beyond".The absolute best car care I have ever received in my life...and I am 80 years old.

I made an appointment a week in advance (with the Gresham Subaru Online Appt.)with Elvis at a time that was scheduled on the Subaru website. I had worked with Elvis before, he did a great job. However, when I arrived, I was placed with Jack, not Elvis. Jack did a fine job contacting me when the car was completed for service. I arrived at the Service Center, where Jack was busy so another (different) service attendant "helped" me complete my paperwork. I asked him if there were any service specials to which he responded that there were not (Elvis was able to find me some service specials the time before), I asked him if he were willing to look, which he was not willing to do (Elvis on his own initiative took the effort to look for specials without being asked). Needless to say, when you walk away making an appointment with a particular service consultant, and you are shortchanged at your expense to get someone else, and then have a third person work with you who isn't willing to lift a finger to attempt a look - not only not a good experience, but I can spend a lot less than 130 bucks for an oil change and a supposed tire rotation (I am not actually sure the tires were rotated - I have a small leak in one tire and that tire seems to be in the same spot...) somewhere else.

Fabian Avendano of Gresham Subaru is the most friendly, helpful, resourceful and reasonable automobile sales professional my family has ever worked with. We just bought our 2nd used Subaru through Fabian and we will definitely come back for our next. Kanoe Kamala was also very friendly, helpful and energetic going through the financial side of the purchase process. We love the team! They are good people selling reliable cars.

Love Gresham Subaru, got my car from this dealership and they've been fantastic any time I go in. Carol in the business office is excellent and Madde in service dept is amazing- 10 out of 10 recommend, they truly care about their customers and go out of their way to help you with anything you need.

my son, a friend and I were busy talking to people and looking on line for a used Subaru Crosstreck for me. After a few weeks it was feeling like a job, my excitement was out the window and zi didn't want to look at any more vehicles and get the run around!!!! It was then that Trish called me from Gresham Subaru and not only got me excited again about a vehicle but she found exactly what I wanted and I decided to go brand new!!! I have had my 2024 Crosstreck got 2 weeks now and I am in love with my forever car!!! about 6 months earlier my mom and her hubby got a new vehicle and come to find out they also got a Crosstreck and from Gresham Subaru!!!! If you deserve a new vehicle cause you work your ass off then go find Trish and tell her Wendy sent you:)

Giovanni and Gresham Subaru knocked it out of the park. I bought a fresh trade-in a 2013 subaru outback. I wasn't able to take it home that day, but they gave me a 2023 crosstrek untill today. I can't be happier with my car and the whole experience at Gresham Subaru. Giovanni keep it up you're a great individual to do business with.

This review is for the general manager NICOLAS HOURANI. Never dealt with the most unprofessional general manager. He got his feeling hurt when my son asked him to see if he can get better financing. His credit came back at tier 2, so he said can you please ask if they can get a bump on the tier, to tier1. He said to take my business somewhere else!!!!! Take it, I'm in the car business for 20 years. I would never tell someone I don't want your business because I let my personal feelings get in the way of me making a deal. Imagine how many customers you have lost, Mr OWNER because of the of your GENERAL MANAGER NICOLAS HOURANI letting his personal feelings dictate your store's profit. Also going to reach out to corporate office about my experience at your dealership.

Gilbert is AMAZING and THE BEST. Don't believe me? His last name is literally De Best lol. This is our third time working with him and we will always come back. You can see how happy we are in our first Subaru and returning last night to get our second. He is honest, up front, and patient. He knows how to find what you are looking for and helps make it work in your price point. Everyone at the dealership is truly wonderful. We also worked with Eric Garvin and he was equally great. Very funny and laid back. Helpful explaining everything and not pressuring us to buy other add on's we did not want. I would recommend family and friends to come to Gresham Subaru any time!
