Hello my wife amber and myself came and purchased a 2021 Mitsubishi outlander yesterday we had a very welcoming experience from beginning to end Tabitha wasn’t in yet so Ross helped us out with the car we wanted process was really fast compared with other places and once we got more comfortable conversation with Ross was more fluent….great experience thank you Subaru team

I have appointments 1pm for oil change and they finished at 3:30pm. Totally amateur unprofessional and rude one of persons that I have spoken if I didn’t get outside for fresh air my car was seating in the same place that I was parked 1pm And I asked one question why’s my car is still in the parking lot I have really rude answer with attitude and after I told someone else about what happened finally they got my car in the shop for oil change around 2pm Two and a half hours every other person’s that came after 1pm is finished before me.

They sold me a lifetime warranty and they give me the runaround... Maybe it is no lifetime warranty or based on what else I'm reading they charge you up the rear.

There was a huge positive difference between my experience at Gresham Subaru and other car dealerships in the area (especially as a young woman). Terrence was awesome! He was outside greeting me before I even entered the building. He provided excellent customer service and was friendly and personable. I appreciated that he started by bringing a blank piece of paper, he asked if it was okay to ask me questions, and then he wrote it all down to help him determine what might be best for me. This was great as I didn't have to keep repeating information because he had it written down. He did a great job of picking vehicles for me to look at based on my answers to his questions. He took feedback about what I did and didn't like in cars and made great adjustments to show me different ones. As someone who was undecided on used or new, I appreciated that he started with used cars. I never felt pressured from Terrence to spend more money or even buy that day. When I made it clear on my first visit I was only looking that day, I didn't feel that he was less attentive, and I didn't feel that he was trying to pressure me to change my mind. In this first visit he did a great job of answering questionings and helping me get an idea of what car I want and when I might want to buy it. As a woman I didn't feel that Terrence was trying to take advantage of me (as is often the case for women in car spheres, including my experience at other local car dealerships). As a young person Terrence never once gave the impression that he didn't believe I could acquire whatever car I wanted, including a new car (this also cannot be said about other car dealerships in the area who assumed I had poor credit and needed a co-signer). George was also great! He did a great job of answering paperwork questions and reflecting and using my vocabulary to answer my questions. I plan to drive this car for a long time, but if I'm still in the area when I am ready for a new car I fully intend to return, and work with Terrence if he is still here. I would also highly recommend Gresham Subaru, but particularly Terrence, to anyone in my life looking for a new car.

I don't like negative comments but I have to share this so that it doesn't happen to other people, I bought a 2021 WRX on paper they said that it did not have any defects, dents and that it was "certified" as it was in perfect condition when I got home look something out of the ordinary had a strong blow and rusty it was the worst purchase of my life
