Words cannot express how thankful I am haha. Everyone was so kind, explained everything so well and I've never been to a dealership that offered so much help, and good treatment. They completely avoid almost any inconvenience that could happen. 11/10!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Made an appointment for a 7am maintenance and oil change at their service department. Well it's currently 7:40am and no one is here and the lights are still off, the website says their open- drove from Vancouver to gresham because I was told by the sales men to keep the vehicle coming to Gresham because it would be more beneficial in the long run. Today is Saturday and they called me and confirmed my appointment Thursday. Why not call if there is a cancelation? I've been on hold and been going round and round through their wait queue on the phone. Now all this gas and time is wasted. What shitty service. Avoid.

Driving from Redmond to Milwaukie, my alternator died at the Charbaneau exit on i - 5. Two tow truck rides and my car was delivered to Greshman Subaru. They were most helpful in providing a loan car and keeping me posted on what was needed for repair. Everyone was so courteous and cheerful. (even though it was dark and rainy outside). I arrived early for my appointment and late to pick it up and they accommodated me. It was pouring rain and the service rep help me unload from the loan car to my car. So grateful for their service and kindness. Price was reasonable

I made an appointment a week in advance (with the Gresham Subaru Online Appt.)with Elvis at a time that was scheduled on the Subaru website. I had worked with Elvis before, he did a great job. However, when I arrived, I was placed with Jack, not Elvis. Jack did a fine job contacting me when the car was completed for service. I arrived at the Service Center, where Jack was busy so another (different) service attendant "helped" me complete my paperwork. I asked him if there were any service specials to which he responded that there were not (Elvis was able to find me some service specials the time before), I asked him if he were willing to look, which he was not willing to do (Elvis on his own initiative took the effort to look for specials without being asked). Needless to say, when you walk away making an appointment with a particular service consultant, and you are shortchanged at your expense to get someone else, and then have a third person work with you who isn't willing to lift a finger to attempt a look - not only not a good experience, but I can spend a lot less than 130 bucks for an oil change and a supposed tire rotation (I am not actually sure the tires were rotated - I have a small leak in one tire and that tire seems to be in the same spot...) somewhere else.

Fabian Avendano of Gresham Subaru is the most friendly, helpful, resourceful and reasonable automobile sales professional my family has ever worked with. We just bought our 2nd used Subaru through Fabian and we will definitely come back for our next. Kanoe Kamala was also very friendly, helpful and energetic going through the financial side of the purchase process. We love the team! They are good people selling reliable cars.

Love Gresham Subaru, got my car from this dealership and they've been fantastic any time I go in. Carol in the business office is excellent and Madde in service dept is amazing- 10 out of 10 recommend, they truly care about their customers and go out of their way to help you with anything you need.

my son, a friend and I were busy talking to people and looking on line for a used Subaru Crosstreck for me. After a few weeks it was feeling like a job, my excitement was out the window and zi didn't want to look at any more vehicles and get the run around!!!! It was then that Trish called me from Gresham Subaru and not only got me excited again about a vehicle but she found exactly what I wanted and I decided to go brand new!!! I have had my 2024 Crosstreck got 2 weeks now and I am in love with my forever car!!! about 6 months earlier my mom and her hubby got a new vehicle and come to find out they also got a Crosstreck and from Gresham Subaru!!!! If you deserve a new vehicle cause you work your ass off then go find Trish and tell her Wendy sent you:)

This review is for the general manager NICOLAS HOURANI. Never dealt with the most unprofessional general manager. He got his feeling hurt when my son asked him to see if he can get better financing. His credit came back at tier 2, so he said can you please ask if they can get a bump on the tier, to tier1. He said to take my business somewhere else!!!!! Take it, I'm in the car business for 20 years. I would never tell someone I don't want your business because I let my personal feelings get in the way of me making a deal. Imagine how many customers you have lost, Mr OWNER because of the of your GENERAL MANAGER NICOLAS HOURANI letting his personal feelings dictate your store's profit. Also going to reach out to corporate office about my experience at your dealership.

No star. If you want your car to start having problems, bring it here for preventive maintenance or any issues. We have had several visits here because our car was under warranty and no doubt, even if it was oil change, we've had to go back to get something else fixed because the service techs forgot to do something crucial when putting the car back together. This last one was the worst: they forgot to put back the air intake hose after replacing the air filter. We drove home and the engine started behaving abnormally. This was the third trip back after we got oil change and other maintenance services that were quite costly to begin with. The second trip back was because of another reason. On this last trip, after waiting for several hours, we were informed that they FORGOT to re install the air hose back and "the engine was gasping for air." I don't know what long term effects this would have on our car, but I'm not taking that gamble again because this should not have been something that would be missed during service. It causes inconvenience and could've turned out WORST. Not going back.

Won't use a business that sends me SPAM e-mail. I have enough to sort through every day for legit things that accidentally get flagged without you adding to the pile. And I have never purchased or serviced a vehicle with you regardless of what your fine print says.

I know it's odd and it's creepy to consider your salesperson as your best friend after dealing with them once but I am now their biggest number one fan. Kidding Aside. Gio is one of the best sales person I have ever met. And no one likes car salesmen. I don't like them. Case in point, the dealership I have bought two other Subarus in the past (not this dealership) initially told me that they couldn't drop the price from MSRP because the showroom tacked on $6,000. worth of nothing ($3,000 for vehicle theft registration and another $3,000 for some other BS thing) and that was pretty much the "discount" that they were giving us. Gresham Subaru definitely did a lot better than my old dealership. Thank you Gio for getting me into a Limited WRX 2023 of my specs. Photos to follow as it's still being assembled in Japan. Should have it in June.

Took my car in for an oil change and a few minor repairs. I needed one of my windshield wipers replaced, as it had snapped off. I was charged $40 for a new windshield wiper, but I did not receive one. Instead, they just snapped the old damaged wiper back on. It fell off immediately on my drive home. I called to ask about this and left a message, but no one has responded. This made me question whether or not they had lied about completing other services I was charged for as well. Shady business practice.
