For a Max station in Gresham it is surprisingly nice and has some nice stores like Best Buy and Ulta. Also one of the better arts& crafts stores around that is well stocked. Unfortunately there are some lower tier stores taking away from what could be an outstanding outdoor shopping center.
And for as many stores around the Max video poker is unnecessarily far.

It's a nice little strip mall off the highway. You can get some great buys there.

Still has the shops that are fun to explore, however since COVID the unnecessary fear still is a shadow that you can ignore and should ignore to get the actual fun that's still alive in this shopping oasis in Gresham!
