I wish I would have read these reviews before I went there. Just the low rating on here would have kept me away. Worst car buying experience I have ever had. I agree with one of the other reviewers, Paul Johnson is a liar. I expressed my concerns to the general manager in an e-mail. He sent it down to the sales manager. I guess he was too busy to be bothered to handle it himself. The whole process took almost seven hours. Way too long. It was almost a two hour wait just for the finance person. I guess I have to blame myself for some of it. I should have just got up and walked away. I will never go back to this dealership for anything. I may have to drive an extra 15 miles or so for service but hopefully I can get better service somewhere else.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Gresham Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and I feel compelled to share my disappointing encounter with others. In all my years of purchasing cars, I have never encountered such a lackluster and unprofessional dealership. The transparency one expects from a reputable dealership was sorely lacking at Gresham Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram. Prices were vague and if you get PAUL JOHNSON make sure to run the opposite way. PAUL JOHNSON will look you in the face and without missing a beat LIE!! He attempted to extort thousands of dollars from me. Attempts to get a straightforward answer regarding additional fees were met with evasion and ambiguity. It became apparent that the dealership's focus was solely on making a sale rather than establishing a trusting and mutually beneficial customer relationship. The final straw was the financing process, which was marred by no explanations and what should have been a straightforward and transparent transaction turned into a convoluted mess, leaving me feeling deceived and taken advantage of.In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend Gresham Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, to anyone seeking a reliable and customer-centric car-buying experience. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and overall commitment to customer satisfaction make this dealership one to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by exploring alternative options that prioritize honesty and integrity in their business practices. From my lips to Gods ears DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I had an appointment scheduled for Friday, August 24, 2023. I got an email saying my appointment was canceled without any notification and no one reached out to me to discuss why or reschedule my appointment. I called this morning and was told the time was blocked off but how was it blocked off when I was able to schedule my appointment earlier this week on Monday? If the schedule was blocked off, someone should have called me and informed me. The gentleman I spoke to could not fit me in the schedule by Sunday as I scheduled this appointment to have service done before the weekend since I will be traveling but now I am stuck at an inconvenience. I read the yelp reviews and thought to myself. I will still give it a chance however, I understand why the yelp reviews are so low now I do not recommend this place for service, especially if they are going to treat people like this. Avoid this dealership if you expect to do business with HONEST RELIABLE COMPANIES!!

Id give this Dealer and Service Dept LESS than 1 star! Brand new car, and because we were gone for a few months, and came back to a dead battery, would not honor the warranty! Id go anywhere else for any work but this one

I recently went here to look at a car and I had a very positive experience. Simon Reta took great care of me and my husband answering any questions we had. He was kind and helpful and professional. He was also very sweet to our son. Engaging in comversation with him so he wasnt bored. We left very happy as they worked well with our budget. Lowered the asking price of the vehicle was very helpful. I appreciate everything they helped us with. Only thing I didnt like was a couple employees smoking in the car lot and throwing cigarette butts on the ground. Its gross and unprofessional and not safe around kids and cars. Other then that everything was great.

The worst dealership experience of my life, lied to by the service writer, they tell me it needs an engine but cant tell me what failed to cause it, told me they submitted for warranty but when I called the warranty company they had no record of it. when I talked to the service manager he was rude and showed no interest in solving the problem and just justified the poor service, his argument for not being able to tell me what the frailer on my truck is "this tech has been doing this 22 years and knows what he's doing" when asked about them not submitting it to the warranty he said "I wouldn't have either" yes the truck did go over on 2 oil changes in its 72,000 life but was never left low on oil and always checked when I couldn't make it in for a service. but as a manager of a shop I would never treat a customer this way and I most certainly expect better from my team.

Wonderful experience here! Brought my 2020 Dodge Durango in for a simple fix that only a dealer could provide. My spouse and I were greeted kindly and our service was complete in 10 minutes tops. Thank you for all the hard workers in this shop, especially during the cold holidays. Have a Merry Christmas.-Craig

I bought a ram 1500 TRX recently and I was absolutely astonished to say the least! I typically hate dealerships and the people that work there you always feel rushed and pushed and always feel like your getting ripped off. But for a change I did not feel that here my salesman was Vlad he was very very helpful and professional he was not pushy at all he gave me my space and valued my needs he really put in the work and got me above what I was asking for my trade in and was very fair on the price for the TRX if there was a way to give this guy more than 5 stars I would. Next time I'm buying a car I know exactly where I'm going and who to ask for!

Took my Chrysler 300 in for a lube & oil change, had an appointment for 10am. Arrived at 9;30 and the car was taken right in. The lube & oil change was not completed until after 10;30, a little slow but understandable. The bill was $161.94 which included an engine air filter. That seems high to me. Next time I will try Jiffy lube for faster service and cheaper price. I will say that the service personnel were pleasant and courteous and the shop is clean. Service writer did no push for any unwanted or unneeded service, in fact said that the cabin air filter was good till the next service.

My initial purchase was almost perfectly smooth. I would've overlooked the few not so great parts....... I was in and out in 3 hours. Great. I bought a 2021, in June of 22. Not what I thought I was buying so that's on me for not paying attention. Fine. I love my new Jeep. I opted for some extras including a package for interior/exterior protection which needed to be scheduled They waited almost two weeks to call me, and I'd mentioned it to my sales rep, the finance guy & ultimately emailed the GM before I ever got a call. Really?! I had let them know (with a photo) a few days after taking possession there was a small hole in the drivers seat (hello - the MOST USED seat) It was never addressed, and now I'm being told that'll be ANOTHER appointment... so, you sell me something (brand new, 21 miles) damaged & expect me to go out of my way to get it fixed (TWICE) when you had the opportunity, and possession of my vehicle? The "rental" I was offered was SO filthy I refused to take it being I'd just signed all this paperwork about brining it back perfectly clean or getting charged. The gal Aisha (sp?) in service took care of it, not a huge deal just time, waiting. My SiriusXM has never worked and I was told while my car was there for a couple days they'd figure it out. Sure buddy. Don't count on it. If you're buying a new car, you're gonna get 5 star service, but once that's over - you're going to be in apparently the SAME boat as everyone else in the hundreds of awful reviews. I felt bad reading the reviews because initially that wasn't my experience, guess I just needed to wait a couple weeks. I would not recommend buying here.

This is yet another two star dealership that would actually be a one star business if Yelp didn't require a minimum of one star no matter how bad a place is.I contacted the dealership through the dodge web app and expressed interest in a high end trim Dodge Challenger. Jennifer, the dealership "Internet Manager", a clerk who basically arranges to get you to show up at the dealership got back to me with the usual blah blah about how wonderful they are and how they will get me the right car at an affordable price. OK, talk is cheap. If you say you are going to make me a great deal on the car I already know I want, show me.For me, this is a very simple transaction. I know exactly the configuration I want and I know what a good price is. So prove to me that you are a great dealership and will treat me respectfully and like you actually value my patronage and it's just a matter of filling out your order pad and making me a compelling deal. What could be easier? My process, based on many decades of dealing with unresponsive dealerships is to have a conversation with the dealership General Manager or at least the fleet or sales manager. If someone in management isn't even willing to talk to me, a lowly customer looking to spend six figures on one of their vehicles, then I know to run, not walk away. The response from the GM? "I will have my new car internet manager Tylor reach out to you soon!".OK, message received 5x5. Dogs and sailors keep off the grass.Apparently the GM doesn't even know the name of his "Internet Manager". That or this is a floating title that gets passed around from receptionist to receptionist. In any case, nothing was ever heard from Tylor.Jennifer gets back to me a week later wanting to know when I can come in to give them a build order since they have none in stock. I reply, reiterating that finding a great dealership that will treat me wonderfully is currently my priority and lacking that, placing an order for a $100,000 vehicle would be premature. I once again asked if the GM, James Harding would deign to have a conversation with me before I drive clear across town to talk to one of their cheap suit sales sharks. This time the GM gets back to me with excuses and denying that he blew me off previously. And then makes me the not-so-compelling offer to place a build order for me that will "only" cost full MSRP plus $2,000. Providing, I presume, that I deal with one of his salesmen like a good little customer and don't bother him again.Such a deal! Any bets on whether I buy my Hellcat from this dealership?New vehicle (or used) prospects can do a whole lot better than dealing with these characters. They clearly know nothing about providing stellar customer service or anything close to it. You are a piece of meat to them.
