I've been a Ford Owner for most of my life and Gresham Ford is the dealership that gets my business. I am an active volunteer in the community and I see the impact that Gresham Ford has on our community. The logo "The Dealer With a Heart" doesn't adequately describe how active this business is in our community.

My experience ordering a vehicle through Gresham Ford. I submitted the build sheet and was sent a preview to sign and return which I did quickly and was told by Sales Manager David Miller that the order was submitted and was all good to go. I never received a confirmation from Ford and repeatedly called, emailed and texted David and the sales rep to verify the order was in and approved but was dismissed with "it's in and good trust me". I was believing that but it was weeks later I finally received email from David saying my order was in the system originally but when he checked again it had disappeared! He was blaming Ford for taking too many orders and Ford may have purged all orders from Sunday and Monday. I was sceptical that would happen randomly without explanation and did not to any others I know of who ordered on those two days. How that happened I was never told. My order was for a 2023 Maverick and the order book was only open for a few days so I had no chance to re order until 2024 order books open. I went In knowing it was going to be a long wait to receive the truck if it was even built at all considering the supply issues and overwhelming demand but to not even get the chance to be in line after doing my part as asked is frustrating. I relied on reviews on this site and others and was really disappointed.UPDATE: 10/23/22 I was contacted by Sales Manager David Miller with information regarding my order and I feel that it was the fault of Ford that my order disappeared and he offered me an order that had been cancelled by someone else. He says it has been modified to my specifications so we will wait and see what happens.He seems to be trying to make things right and I will give him the benefit of the doubt. I am satisfied by the way things are progressing so far regarding my interactions with Gresham Ford and now it's up to Ford to schedule and build it. UPDATE: On 5/18/2023 my Maverick has been scheduled for July production and all is going as hoped so far. Hopefully there will be no further issues. David Miller has been great to work with after the initial confusion and getting it sorted out. My thanks for he and Damon getting it this far!Update 8/31/23 After 346 days my new Maverick Lariat Hybrid was in my possession and the delivery process as well as communication from David and Damon was great as was the final paperwork and delivery. Couldn't be happier with the process by Gresham Ford after the initial snafu and love the truck!! Thank You Lotta, David, Damon and Alex!

Amazing service by Janet. I really appreciated her assisting me getting my car post-deployment. Military careers can be hectic and changes are constantly made last minute, her making time for us made my entire weekend. Thank you so much!

Seen a really nice blue explorer st on my way to work an stopped by to take a look at it on my home from work this morning since my wife is wanting something bigger then her focus for the kids, I also seen some mustangs I was liking an had the grand idea we'd bring our focus an my Camaro in an do some trade ins for new cars, but as I'm looking at the cars I get their security guard coming up to me asking me what I'm doing an asking if I'm stealing cars or if I'm trying to go thru cars... pretty insulating to be honest an I'm for sure not going to be doing any business with Gresham ford an you shouldn't either.

Today I bought a 2022 Ford Explorer from Gresham Ford today. I had a wonderful experience. Explain what I was looking for to Donovan, and he found me the perfect car. The whole process was pleasant, easy, simple and actually enjoyable. I recommend checking Gresham Ford out, you will find service is their specialty.

I have used Gresham Ford for new cars and trucks for my business. I've purchased 21 vehicles over the past 7 years. I use the dealership for service as well. I have been extremely happy with every transaction. I highly recommend Gresham Ford to individuals and businesses.

Gresham Ford is top tier. Just took delivery of the Maverick I ordered back in January, and despite the long delay on the part of Ford itself, I am thrilled with the experience. Gresham Ford is fantastic. Dave Miller, Sam Baxter & Alex McGraw are great guys and will work hard to earn and keep your business. I have purchased many vehicles over the years from Gresham Ford. And I keep coming back. For a good reason. They're the best.

My car has been at their service department for two days, and so far... "crickets." No update whatsoever. I attempted to call twice with no response until late in the day three days in - the first call was supposedly messaged to the service advisor, the second went to general voicemail. I should've learned from my experience trying to buy tires here a while back when none of my inquiries were responded to at all. Once I did get a callback, the only explanation was that my car hadn't even been looked at yet, and that they "haven't been able to get to anything quickly for a while." That would have been very helpful to know when I made the appointment. I have to be in Monroe, WA this afternoon and now have to scramble to find a rental car or borrow from a friend since GF never offered a loaner.UPDATE/REPLY to owner's response: i DID have an appointment! Wednesday 4.27.22 at 10:30AM. Since the car is still under warranty, I certainly didn't expect to be charged.

Updating my review to say that Bess responded to my Yelp review by calling me a completely different name. That right there just exemplifies Gresham Ford customer service. Bess also gave completely incorrect information in her response. She has no idea what is going on, clearly. I'm in touch with the manufacturer of the clutch kit that Gresham Ford sold me and installed incorrectly. The manufacturer has the clutch kit (I kept it) and is writing up a report now to confirm that Gresham Ford either A) Damaged the clutch before installing or B) Installed the part incorrectly. I've already been in touch with Cher who asked me to forward her the repair report as well as the report from the manufacturer confirming this was Gresham Ford's error. Bess doesn't want to admit fault and clearly can't handle negative feedback (it's not personal, Bess), but I will be reimbursed for Gresham Ford's mistake. Schaeffler is able to diagnose whose error it was so there will be no dispute. It wouldn't make sense for a legitimate business to not reimburse a customer what they paid when they made a mistake that cost the customer $1,400. So anyway, your customer service sucks, but I will update this review accordingly once you've reimbursed me to give you credit for doing the right thing. If you don't do the right thing, I will still update this review to let other customers know and will be contacting higher ups at Ford as well as a lawyer. I don't think it's asking too much to simply get my money back, but if I have to go for more money I will, as this was a very clear mistake by Ford that needs to be fixed.One more thing: Maybe instead of getting so defensive, actually listen to your customers. You can't actually think that the mechanics at Gresham Ford have never made a mistake, can you, Bess? Your excuses and unwillingness to look at this without taking offense are honestly appalling. I'm just glad I kept the clutch, because I knew you'd never admit fault unless I had concrete proof.
