My folks just picked up an F450. They had a great experience and the team was super efficient. Beshara, Grace, and Joe were extremely helpful and made the process so smooth. It was also great knowing that the owner gives to charitable organizations consistently and serves the community. Excellent experience and service overall.

When it comes down to making an auto purchase, people have 1000's of choices of where to shop. We have found that Gresham Ford not only makes the purchase fast and easy, but they stand behind their product years after the purchase. It all comes down to customer service and they make it happen! If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle, give them a chance to wow you and definitely ask for Donovan. He did a fantastic job of taking care of us through the process.

The spring broke on the fuel filler access door of my vehicle. The spring is part of the “fuel filler housing” which I purchased from Gresham Ford. I then scheduled the installation of that part and was provided an installation estimate of $300.00.
I dropped off my vehicle in the morning with Alex, Service Consultant. Later that afternoon I was called by Alex. He informed me that the gasket between the housing and the “filler hose assembly” was defective and in need of replacement. I approved the replacement of the gasket over the phone. The part would arrive the following day.
The following day, I was informed that work was complete. When I arrived, I was presented with a bill for $862.99. I asked why the discrepancy between the estimate and the final bill. I was told that was due to the additional part and labor. Over $500.00 for a gasket?!? “No, not just for the gasket but also for the filler hose assembly”. At no time was replacement of the filler hose assembly discussed.
I now had two choices: 1) insist that the old filler hose assembly be re-installed, or 2) accept the work and the bill. I feared what might happen to my vehicle should it be returned to the service department so I reluctantly accepted their bill.
To his credit, Alex, recognizing his part in our miscommunication, spoke with management and arranged for a discount of $125.26. For this I thank Alex and Gresham Ford. However, for installing a part without my permission, which may or may not have needed replacing, and costing me about $500.00 is unconscionable.
Did they do this to me on purpose? I don’t know but I know that it is up to me to ensure that Gresham Ford is not given another opportunity to do this, or anything similar, to me again.
