i've been going to the highland great clips for a couple of years, now. i always get just the right trim. i'm happy every time i come in. well worth every penny, and signing in ahead of time is fantastic.

I've been going to this location since it opened and the manager is incredible, very nice and good at her job. Sadly can't say the same for the newer person. They were unnecessarily rough. Hurt especially when combing and neck shaving, and the "layering" just looks like a few blunt shelves over a <45° cut and uneven.

Person who cut my hair did a decent job as she usually does, but my sideburns were completely uneven (right side was like an inch longer). Decided to come back and have them even it out and I was told I'd have to wait for the 3 people ahead of me who checked in online instead of literally taking 10 seconds to fix it.Only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the person who told me I had to wait wasn't the one who cut my hair, the other woman was on break or something. Still though, poor customer service... Won't be back

Check in online and get your hair done! Fast,simple and to the point! Guys and Gals, ask for Miss Stephanie! She is a hoot and great at her trade! And her shampoo and wash feels amazing. You get up out of her chair feeling and looking like a new person! I definitely won't wait 5 months to visit her again!
