The staff is always amazing and I'm in the at least once a week for jewelry jar hunting. I bought one tonight for 99.99. you might think ohh something nice maybe well over half the jar was broken pieces and the other half was temu and shein jewelry plus a who bunch of single earrings. It was very sad for 100.00. I've never spent that much on a jar let alone gotten screws , safety pins, broken and literally garbage jewelry I won't wear. I know it's a gamble but in 5 years buying never been so disappointed.

Dropping off donations should be a frictionless and uneventful transaction -- drive up, hand over your donation, and take the receipt. I appreciate the work these folks do, so I thank them but expect no interaction on their part. Whatever they say or not is entirely up to them.Another thing I didn't expect was the level of rudeness I experienced at this location. I'm politely handing my donations, so don't bark orders at me. Don't roughly rummage through my organized box of donations as though I'm handing over garbage. Don't make rude and sarcastic comments. And don't treat me differently than anyone else. The first time I experienced this level of rudeness, I chalked it up to the person having a rough day (you never know the battle someone is waging internally). But it's been the same in two other instances. From now on, I will take my donations somewhere else.

They locked the restrooms and I never return once a business does that. Adios!

Gresham location staff is very nice. However, you can't take carts out of the store itself without wheels locking up. You have to have an associate let you into the bathroom since they now have key coded locks on them. They can't tell you the code, they have to waste their time walking you over to the bathroom. They are also the only location in the area that still does not open their fitting rooms at all. Did not think this location was a high crime or big transient area that required this level of security.

Goodwill industries should not discriminate homeless people. If a homeless people comes to the store they should give them clothes and shoes without charging them money. This is why people give donations of all kinds. I have heard of homeless people being escorted out of the store by staff. Shame on the staff.

Treasure hunting like old times, instead of same overstock I saw at the last store. Thats not even the best part. I was the last one in the store because of a disability that they were unaware of. I gave it my all to get to the cash register, but still didn't make it until a few minutes after closing. The cashier, manager and security guard had the kindest attitude, as they helped me check out. It was only after I paid that I let on that I just had spine surgery and would need to make multiple trips to carry my purchases. The manager instead offered to carry all of it to my car for me with not even an eye roll, as the sweet cashier gave me another have a good night and the security guard walked us both out with the a muchly needed empathetic disposition. Every one of them had every right to make me feel like an a** for keeping them there after they closed, instead they chose sincere integrity. I hope they inspire others to find the same within, I know they did me.

This is probably the worst one I've ever been to. You can't try anything on including Halloween costumes. More than once have I had them look for reasons to not accept my return. I won't go there again. Sandy much nicer.

It's downright perplexing how Goodwill justifies their sky-high prices. Given that their stock comes to them for free, you'd think they'd pass on the savings to consumers. Yet, their price tags suggest an alternate universe where items have tripled in value. The team setting these prices seems woefully out of touch with the retail landscape. A poor shopping experience—feels more like highway robbery than a thrift store. Won't be wasting my time or money here again

Only store that you cannot try on used clothing. That's not even the worse thing Found dishes that I saw at dollar tree that's I've personally purchased and have the same for triple the price-that's bad. When I asked someone why they don't have access to dressing rooms I was given a weird look and they shrugged. If I'm gonna pay the same price for a shirt or any clothing that is the same price as Ross dress for less that's not used I should be able to try it on. 7.99-12.99 for a used shirt is the same price at Ross but only difference is one was free and donated and Ross is new. Pretty crazy.

Ridiculously overpriced. I wonder who set those insane prices. Items that even have the label from Dollar Tree are priced up to 4 and five times what you had pay at DT. The clothes and shoes are even more expensive that at Walmart and Target, and remember that there you would get them NEW. Considering that they get all those items for FREE, is despicable that this place can be so greedy. “Goodwill” is not an accurate name, what about renaming it “Greedville”? For goodness sake, don’t you ever donate to these avaricious people, donate local to people that really gives back to the community, not this people that even after getting tons of stuff for free, charge for it like it is new. Shame on all them who enable their bosses to profit in such a voracious way.

Large clean store. Closed fitting room. Great deals. Busy store. The tan older lady manager with the bad eyebrows is rude af for no reason. Maybe she had a bad day but sheesh. I asked her if the changing rooms were open & she says, “the what? You mean the fitting room? No. They’re cllllosed.” But like in a condescending way with an “eat it & die” face. Bad vibe that one.

The worst Goodwill, the manger refused to return clothes (4shirts), although I have the receipt with me. I bought the shirts 5 days ago, and the purchase time/date CLEAR on the bill. But the manager said:” no the tag is missing so NO”!!!!!

You can't try on the clothes and the return policy is exchange only. If 80% of your retail space is dedicated to clothing, people need to be able to try on the clothing or return for a refund. So insulting considering everything was donated to Goodwill and they don't even launder the clothing, just spray with febreeze. I'm going to support small, local thrift stores and charities instead from now on and not shop Goodwill anymore. There's just no incentive to shop here or donate to them anymore.

They are very picky and go through everything to see if they want it evidently bowling balls are not something they except. Good luck with whatever your trying donate don't worry you can always take it back home.

This Goodwill is the WORST when it comes to blatant discrimination. The last four times I’ve gone there employees have followed me relentlessly! Literally following me down EVERY open isle and even pretending to put clothes away EXACTLY where I’m looking. They’re so close that they were Bumping into me to “put clothes away”. They followed me into the restroom when my daughter had to go. I had NOTHING WITH ME. My other daughter held our cart and continued to shop. The associate busted into the restroom and ran right back out when she saw me waiting outside the stall for my little girl. Ridiculous! The first time I noticed the staff following my family I spoke to managers about it and pointed out the employee who kept following me. All she did was pull her aside and laugh and giggle as I checked out. I have NEVER STOLEN or done anything remotely shady to be someone to be targeted. I shopped there a lot in the past and spent hundred there (avid thrifter). But the last four or five times I’ve had them following me to where they’re bumping into me constantly. I just tried ignoring them and just trying to enjoy “the hunt”.I went there today 5.24.23 around 5ish and literally had to yell at the two associates who kept following right behind me. I’m not a confrontational person and that was the last straw. They cannot treat paying customers like that! Everything I picked out I left there. They will NOT GET MY MONEY BEHAVING THAT WAY. I will NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. I will tell my family and friends to do the same. They can’t just target who they deem as “suspicious”. I’m not one to bring up race. We are all people with different unique stories. But there was no other reason to target me other than the color of my skin.I went to the Goodwill on 122nd and Haley and not one employee was hovering over me. I was able to find some cool things and security even offered to help me carry out a shelf I bought. He saw I was struggling to carry it to the register. I love Goodwill, but you burnside Goodwill NEED TO DO BETTER. horrible service. Retrain before you get sued.
