We were looking for the showroom and Google Maps seemed to indicate that this location had one.When we walked in the guy at the counter couldn’t have cared less, made us wait quite a while toe em ask the question and then was very rude, dismissive and unfriendly.I’d never buy through this company, given this experience and can’t imagine the hassle if I bought something and had a problem with itLook elsewhere if you want good service.

I went to Ferguson Plumbing Supply because the faucet adapter that came with a new portable GE dishwasher would not couple with my kitchen faucet. Mike spent a good 30 minutes attempting to find an adapter or faucet that would fit. When he couldn't match it with anything in his store, I concluded it was the adapter that came with the dishwasher that was wrong.I'm still on the hunt for the correct part but I want to recognize Mike and Ferguson Plumbing Supply Gresham for being so knowledgeable, friendy and they gave me professional advice that you would never get at Home Depot or Lowes.If you need materials, supplies or advice, go see them at Ferguson Plumbing Supply.

Worst service. Did not receive our oven hood for over 9 months. When we did the extention was not included. Three months later still waiting for the extention. They blamed GE. Lol

I walked out saying thank you for the great service. I needed new toilet handle, new bathroom sink and faucet. Andrew helped me. So nice to have a good experience. He also gave me recommendations for a plumber. Since then I've had everything installed. Everything fit, no missing parts. Highly recommend.

Horrible experience. Cashier acted like I was an idiot asking about a product I can get on Amazon and had picture of it. They also carry it on home depot dot com. Wont be back.

Service isnt my complaint. But after researching on line for a specific item, I found it wasnt available at the usual retailers near me. Called Ferguson and was told they had the item in stock. Arrived a while later and the counter help remembered my call and took me to the part. Upon checking out, I found that they were charging me about $23 over msrp., for what should have been a $35 item. I don't like being gouged and they clearly did that.

This place is the worst. Unless you are a known good ol boy plumber who had always gone there they will tax you worse than any other place. Plus, their service will be terrible as they let others they know cut in front of you. Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot or lowes. They will even deliver it and take more forms of payments.
