Rude, unhelpful staff. Absolute embarassment of a human behind the counter, never have i had such a horrible experience anywhere. When trying to make a last minute albeit several minutes within the expedited pick up cut off time, the older cranky short (both in attitude and altitude) lady behind the counter actually decided to waste the time I still had despite putting up $400 to expedite a single small box. When i tried to drop off a prelabeled expedited box -- she chose arguing with me that they couldnt make a new label in 5 mins to change to a saturday delivery instead of using that time to make a label. The cutoff had not passed. And really, its amazing considering it took me less than 1 minute to make one at my office. The manager was a uptight looking buffoon and just as unhelpful, saying how in his experience a shipping label could not be made in under 5 minutes. These people are a fine example of the unfortunate and widespread shift in community behavior to an ugly self-serving, unhelpful and transactional society. I will obviously not give any further business to fedex. Why? Because I put in time for my customers and in the work I do because they deserve it. Funny enough, I was trying to ship shirt transfers to a touring musician who sold out of merch and contacted me with little time to spare.. you get it, fed ex office staff? I understood my business purpose and made sure I upheld it so that my client could succeed with the services I provide. Fortunately for me, I went back to my office, called my UPS driver and he MET me near my office and gratefully took my relabled package. He verified he could get my shipment where it needed to be in time and said Thank You. Take a note from that book, fedex office of gresham staff, you two are not a good look.

I would really like to highlight how amazing, patient and kind Garrett is. I own a business account and have to ship multiple overnight packages quite frequently. He is the only employee who does not treat me like I am an issue when I come in. He does his best to complete my shipping labels in a timely manner.
The reason for 2 stars is the male manager at this location is quite awful. He is (and gives the store front the look) that he is too good to help out. He micromanages staff and holds them up with assisting with customers. He is by far the slowest when he does decide to help.

Needed to make photo for passport hoping to send documents at the same time, was surprised that photo setup is in front of bathroom door. Really? And they don’t send documents to certain addresses, so I still need to go another place to send documents . Disappointed, it shouldn’t be like that

Just had a phenomenal experience getting a strange request fulfilled. Staff is clearly knowledgeable and very helpful. Also noticed other customers being helped efficiently and kindly. Garrett was the best. Vibe in there is immaculate (clean and organized as well!).

I ordered new tires for my car and all but 1 tire was delivered to my house. I had to pick up my tire at this location. It was quick and easy. I was in and out with no problems.
