While the store offers great value and a wide variety of affordable products, there were a few notable areas for improvement.On the positive side, Dollar Tree lives up to its reputation as a budget-friendly store. With almost everything priced at just one dollar, it's hard to beat the value they offer. From household essentials to party supplies, I appreciated the extensive range of products available at such affordable prices.However, one of the main drawbacks I encountered was the lack of available checkers. During peak times, the checkout lines were long, and there were not enough cash registers open to accommodate the influx of customers. This resulted in a delay in the checkout process, leading to frustration and inconvenience. Adding more checkers during busy periods would greatly enhance the overall shopping experience.Another aspect that could be improved is the overall organization of the store. While the variety of products is impressive, the layout can sometimes feel cluttered and overwhelming. It would be beneficial to have clearer signage and better aisle organization to make it easier for customers to find what they need.Furthermore, I found the quality of some items to be hit or miss. While many products exceeded my expectations, there were a few instances where the quality fell short. It's important for Dollar Tree to consistently ensure that the items they stock are of decent quality, as this will enhance customer satisfaction.Despite these drawbacks, I must commend the staff at Dollar Tree for their friendly and helpful demeanor. The employees I interacted with were polite, approachable, and willing to assist when needed. Their positive attitude added a pleasant touch to the overall shopping experience.In conclusion, my experience at Dollar Tree was a mixed bag. While the store offers fantastic value and friendly staff, improvements in areas such as checkout efficiency, store organization, and product quality would greatly enhance the overall shopping experience. I hope that Dollar Tree takes these suggestions into consideration to continue improving and providing customers with an even better shopping experience in the future.

I work here. In my 50+ yrs of working many jobs, this is the most disfunctional store ever. 6 managers in 9 months. The store has cleaned up alot. I like my actual job tho.

I'll try to be as respectful as I can given the circumstances the cashiers have to put up with. I will lay this on management, as it appears they haven't trained their employees enough in their behavior in front of customers.1. Excess time with customers2. Political opinions3. Cell phone usage (There was giggling and time taken away from customer service)

As a recent former Store Manager for this store, I have to say that the cashiers here are amazing, it is not their fault that the store looks the way it is, and that they are short staffed. Please give them some respect. It is upper management that has problems. Taking away hours yet still paying for the staff that had to be taken off the schedule because of over scheduling. They are truly trying to provide a pleasant experience. Find the corporate number and call them. Let them know. I was just there today and felt super bad about it all. Be kind to the cashiers. Not their fault. And for gods sake, if you dont want something put it back where it goes! They are not your momma and that is not your home! Be respectful

Showed up this morning 10:15 a.m. The store website says they're open at 9:00 a.m. No one in the store, no store hours on the door nobody answers the phone.

Hot mess express at this dollar tree. One cashier for a line of 10+ customers and product still unpacked sitting everywhere. The shelves are a mess, there is no organization of anything. At least they have a small crafting section although you have to have the patience to riffle through to find anything you might want or need. What happened to stores caring about cleanliness and keeping stuff neat on the shelves. Yes it's dollar tree but it doesn't have to be this disorganized

I like to share my opinion about this Dollar tree. I came in for interview a month ago the manager said I was hired. I said great I was so enthusiastic about it I wanted to get right to work I asked her when will I hear from you.she says I will call. Two weeks went by I called and talked to the same guy I don't know his name but he said he was a manager and took down my phone number and name. No call backs okay now. 4-weeks goes by everytime I call to talk to the manager the same guy who said he was a manager give me your name and number I told him I believe I gave you mine three times I said you said she works on Thursday can I please talk to her he hesitate and siad oh umm .she's not here today but you told me she was there. I don't know what kind of riffraff .is going on in this store. But I'm certainly so disappointed in this management team. I was hoping to come to work.. I have managed stores before for other companies. When I said I would hire you I meant it. And I got that employee on right away. It's too bad they would of had a great employee. With all my experiences in my life as manager.I would hope the corporation will look into this and talk to this manager team.Disappointed with highland Dollar tree in Portland Oregon.gresham.
