These location is great ! Even though we live in Clackamas we drive this specific location because they are great! The manager and the employees were amazing. Thanks for doing an ethical business here.

These guys are great! They're professional and get the job done in a timely manner. I had a nail in my tire and was turned away from Les Schwab because it was an hour to closing time. I took it to Discount Tire and they told me that they would stay open late to fix my tire.

Came here too the shop !!! The people were wonderful and gave Good prices on tires . Came here Alex and employees were wonderful and polite . Left the shop with tires and very Happy Customer ?

I had a great experience today with discount tire. They listened to me when I told them my front tire was losing air and they also rebalanced it for free. They didn’t try to upsell me in a bunch of unnecessary items as well. Thank you discount tire! I’ll definitely be back!

Crooked tire place tryna screw my wife over when she asked if they can specifically check one tire, instead they immediately say she needs them both replaced without even taking the whole wheel off to check, they just wanna screw people over, go to point S tire instead, they’ll actually take your wheel off and throw it in some water to see where the leak is coming from, instead of just “scanning” like discount nightmare. they try to screw women over as well as talking down to them

I’m livid. After waiting over five weeks and several phone calls later to make sure there was movement at Discount Tire to file an insurance claim for the damage they caused my 4Runner when getting my tires rotated for what appeared like a wheel scuffing the paint off and leaving a tire mark against the bumper. Well I’m washing it for the first time since the claim has been filed and noticed not one, but all my chrome air stem caps have been replaced with silver plastic. Not only that, one wheel has been gauged where a lug nut sits. I never imagined I’d have so much trouble, lost time, and anger really over getting my tires rotated. Like I wouldn’t have noticed. I work really hard for what I have and take good care of it so when someone takes it for an hour and treats it like something disposable it frustrates me immensely. I suggest never going there. And I want my chromy’s back!

I've been a repeat customer for YEARS. Today I called to see if they could get the tires I needed for my car, they could. I asked them to go ahead and place my order. I was told they need a down payment of $25. I explained I was driving but I would be there the very next day because I had an appt to get a tire fixed. That wasn't good enough. Honestly, I don't know why I pulled over to the side of the road to get a credit card, and didn't just tell them to forget it. My bad. This is the second weird experience with America's best. Had an issue with a tire traveling across the country. I had to have Gresham call to place an order for a replacement tire, to be sent to Omaha. Once in Omaha, the workers wanted ME to take off the tire to be replaced. Les Schwab is looking better and better. Sadly, they aren't anywhere but here, but their service is stellar.

Why do they make appointments when you still sit for an hour waiting for your car to get in a bay to start work?
Went the next week for new tires on my truck and it was a great experience! Only fair to post when I am satisfied as well as gripes.

AN ACT OF COMPASSION TO/FROM THE RIGHT PERSON AT THE RIGHT TIME COULD LITERALLY SAVE THAT PERSON’S LIFE, AND ONE LIKELY WILL NEVER EVEN KNOW IT. I won’t get into why this was said — not here on a public platform; nonetheless, it’s 100% true and real. Earlier today I stopped in with a flat tire. Thinking it was only a puncture, yet FEARING that it would be more, my worst fears came to life when (only a few minutes after putting my car up on a rack) employee Matthew immediately called out my name (which I knew would be terrible news). I don’t want to say much more other than, when left with an impromptu decision to make, it only took a few presses on the keyboard for Matthew to do something that would TRULY save my life from ending. And unless he reads this, Matthew will never know. It’s a true testament to the power of empathy, compassion and goodwill. Pay it forward, whenever you can; you simply never know when it will be your turn. Today was mine. Thank you Matthew! Thank you Discount Tire.

I've been to many Discount Tire stores and while all have treated me well, this one goes a bit above and beyond to fit everyone in, right the wrongs even if the mistake was some older tires not balanced and not even bought there! I've purchased at least 3 sets of tires from this location alone and always go back because they can't be beat. They even price matched a warehouse membership club for me once! Great, great shop
