Good afternoon. I went to your store in Gresham yesterday when I was in line waiting to pay, the cashier looked at me a little unpleasantly. When it was my turn, I approached her, she never looked at me or greeted me, then she received the products to pay for, she told me the amount,... before that... I asked her if she needed my phone number, She told me that it was not necessary for me, I replied: "Ok, thank you" and proceeded to pay. Since I was carrying a backpack, I had to stay near the cash register where I had paid. She began serving a white couple, before they spoke, she told them: "Please give me your phone number, I don't want you to lose your points for the purchase"... I was in a hurry, but what I heard caught my attention and taking into account the attitude of the cashier towards me. I do not want to believe that this is an act of racism, discrimination and inequity because I am Latino; If so, it would be regrettable. It is for this reason that I recommend that you train your staff better... maybe, this person believes that my money is not valid in your establishment or that I do not have the legitimate right to buy where you or to receive the benefit of the points . If you review the purchases I have made with you, you will easily realize that I am loyal to your brand.

Staff cancelled my online order because they couldn’t be bothered to go get the item. I thought maybe what I ordered just wasn’t in stock, but found two in store.

I hate that this is the only nearby sporting goods store. They are so rude. You could at least pretend to be kind, while you sell me overpriced merchandise.

Stressful shopping experience. Came here 30 mins prior to close with my s/o to by some athleisure wear. (We came to buy a pair of sweatpants.) Employee hesitated at letting my gf try on two pairs of sweatpants (15 mins to close). Fitting room was basically a wind tunnel with a loud fan and blank walls. Very dystopian. We felt rushed and uncomfortable, and left empty handed. First time in a Dick's in a few years. Disappointed and not sure I'll come back. :/

Had one price on the item and a different price on the shelf. I ask the person working the area what the price was she scanned the item and gave me a different price then the other two prices. On top of that when I ask for a size 12.5 shoe she brought one but it was European size not US.

Management wouldn’t honor the price that the box was listed in. It was placed and advertised in the wrong location. When I got to the register the price was 3 times that amount.Not ok! It’s called false advertising! Also cashier was to lazy to bag my stuff. I had to ask him twice to please provide bags for my purchases. He said he was out of bags but that he’d go check the other registers. Just frustrating. Customer service has gone out the window everybody’s getting lazier and lazier in addressing customers in the most appropriate customer service of ways.

Clean and easy layout. I was assisted by a young man named Tristan. He helped me find what I was looking for and more. The cashier was friendly and fast as well. In and out with some new gear.

Called ahead 1 hour before closing to make sure they had what you needed dine we were coming from the sw washington area. Employee did not have a problem with going in the back and checking to see if they do! We get there and we were directly led to what we need! Etremely helpful employees! Thanks for your time!

Drove here for 20+ minutes to find out that items that they have on the web site are “missing” at the store. This was my first experience at dick’s, and probably the last.Update (downgrade to 1 star):So I place an online curbside pickup order, pay for it, and in 30 minutes they text me “your order is ready for pickup”. Well, guess what! They bring me the wrong item!! I tell their manager about another mistake from their side, she apologizes and asks not to buy from their location. Rather have the item shipped to my residence. What a service! ?♂️ So much time waisted!
