My friend has a Cricket phone. She has been getting low storage messages which alarm her. Chad at this Cricket location has been so helpful and patient in helping her. ( She has been at other locations and felt the staff was dismissing her concerns). We have visited Chad several times We appreciate working with the same person each time. We love Chad.

today is March 29, I came to ask for help. I could not get through to the support service. The store employee replied that she was in sales, not help. She said call the support service. But no one answers. I will never use this connection again ,My family and I are leaving this connection forever and we will convince everyone we know to do the same for such an attitude

No displays describing ANY phone. No phones charged up so you can look at them. So you get to buy your phones 100% blind at Cricket. We looked for ours online first thankfully.Bought 2 phones and one fails to work right out of the box. At least they tested it first, then foind it was their new SIM cards failing to function. I think this branch may be closing with how little they have inside (no stock of accessories you get as a bonus either).Avoid this location. It's REALLY bad.

I was told if i switched over from another company. I could get new phones free. (Limited to what they had in store) but when i talk to the customer service counter person. I could only have 2. But no sign posted limited it to 2 only. And there was no sign with small print on it. That stated only 2. So i left. A store does not have a right to change a sale and not post it in store.
