Really great place! I’ve been here twice and it’s been an amazing experience every time. Emmy and her brother are both very talented. Reasonably priced. Amazing quality. Very friendly. Got my teacher nails done here!!

I went in and everyone was very friendly and the place was clean. They reuse their equipment including files which made me a little uneasy. I asked for pedicure and I got one and the massage during the scrub was fantastic. However I wasn’t shown a menu with offerings and prices weren’t posted anywhere I saw. It’s the first place I’ve been that they don’t file to make sure your toes aren’t sharp or jagged and the first time I’ve ever had a pedicure where no lotion was applied. It was also the first time I received a manicure where they didn’t use cuticle oil or softener or even soak the nails. They seem to use the dremmel to take care of cuticles which I wasn’t thrilled with. They were very nice and clean but I won’t be going back. I felt like I got half the amount of service for more then I typically pay.

Ive had the greatest experiences there for my last few pedicures. They have new comfortable massage chairs! Staff are what truly makes it a wonderful experience. Knowledgeable, kind, creative, pleasant nail specialists. The owner has a wicked funny sense of humor! Parking is good in downtown Gresham.

Very clean, and nice atmosphere. I was overcharged for a service and felt too uncomfortable to talk about it, and that part is on me. The quality of the work is very good. I will consider returning.

Great location, it's a beautiful neighborhood; the lady did a good job too; I noticed the other people in the salon, a comfortable place, It's a smaller space, but they didn't rush people in and out, and it wasn't tight.

We were refered to Emmy to redo nails that were done very poorly at another salon. She was amazing! She made my daughter feel very comfortable; who was extremely nervous due to the experience at the last place. She gave us EXACTLY what we both asked for. We will definitely be come back!Services: Acrylic nails

I definitely won’t be coming here again. I went to go get white French tip nails and the girl did a horrible job and I made an appointment with the main lady there and she didn’t even finish doing my nails. She went with somebody else and just left me there and had some one else do them. I was not satisfied with the nails they look horrible and definitely over charged me

This salon is subpar at best. It is a dirty salon with old/aging equipment and furniture. The layout of the salon is also pretty strange so if you go in with your friend for a manicure you aren't sitting together but all the way on the opposite ends of the salon. This salon is overpriced for the quality of work and they rush through the appointment. They do not use new tools for your nails, which I thought was the standard since COVID. Also, the lady that was doing my sister's nails kept insulting her color choice? She kept saying that her nails were "too simple", when she was just going for bridal nails. Just an overall bad experience. Two shellac manicures cost $80 total- which is more expensive than a nicer salon I go to in Portland (that use new tools and provide refreshments). 100% do not recommend this salon and I will not be back!

Had such a nice time! My nail tech (Thao/Amy) was so sweet! She paid such attention to detail and wasn’t rushed at all. I tried a new shape and I’m very happy with the result! Thank you Amy! I’ll be back soon!Service: Acrylic nails

Called about a acrylic set on my toes $45 and how much their spa treatment is $30. When I arrived about 3 hours later I verbally stated I just wanted the acrylic overlay on my toes $45, and shellac on my toes $15. I’m on a budget so I didn’t want the extra. In conversation I told them it’s my birthday, and she commented on my pregnant belly size my baby was small which I find offensive. They ran my feet in cold water at first, applied the acrylic in a rush, painted my toes, then ran my feet in hot water for a few seconds. She then began to scrub my feet for 5 seconds ea, one hot rag for both legs for 15 sec, and a 2 min lotion. I didn’t know this was considered their “spa treatment” otherwise I would of stopped it ahead of time. I hardly get my feet done so I don’t know what to expect. When they finished she said $95. Which I didn’t have as to why I didn’t ask for the “spa treatment” when I arrived. When I stated I didn’t have that amount she got irritated and said something about just because it’s my birthday I don’t get discounts. Which I didn’t ask for any discounts nor expect any. I stood there for 30 seconds while everyone stared at me in the shop waiting for her response (while she continued to work on someone else) on what we can do about the price. She said well you called and asked about acrylic and spa! I told her I know but when I arrived I told you what services I wanted. I was ignored and had to ask a good 4x before she responded to say pay what I can and don’t come back. I really wanted to just walk out, but that’s not the type of person I am. I paid what I came for and it wasn’t any thank you or anything. It’s the next day and I still feel humiliated and very embarrassed. I just wanted to do one thing for myself. As I have a baby due in a month and two children who were present with me. If it was their “spa treatment” it definitely isn’t worth the price. There’s no special scrub, and the job is rushed. If I had the money I would of simply paid it and left without feeling bad. FYI the Foot rest tub had dirt around it it’s not the cleanest place. I wish I could of returned the acrylic and polish on my toes and went somewhere else. But unfortunately that’s not possible. Also there’s no card reader so have cash, Venmo, or cash app ready.

Overpriced below average nails. Literally 100$ for a short set of acrylic nails with 1 rhinestone nail on each hand. 100$ for something I could've got somewhere else for 70$ or less. 100$ for my nails all to off centered & filed in a weird shape cuz nail tech can't make sure they're straight. I'm not cheap by any means, but their work isn't good enough for the prices they charge!! Not even close. & Emmy the owner has a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE TO HER CLIENTS! Regular clients at that. Lazy work, ugly attitudes & sub par service You have been warned

DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE!! YOU WILL BE OVER CHARGED!!Worst service I have ever experienced! Took them 2 and a half hours to do a mani pedi when I had a schedule appointment. The pedi was mediocre at best. I asked my tech for hot water twice and she kept filling with cold water. Rushed through everything and just barely “massaged” my feet. Then for my manicure I asked how much extra for dip powder.. she said 15$. Then proceeded to continuously hurt my cuticles with her drill. Another tech came over and was watching her for a bit.. after they talked she drilled off the dip and started again. After another attempt she put on top coat then continued poking at it leaving finger prints. She told me ok it’s dry now. After I looked I said no it’s not, so she tried again. After the third time of her filing off the top coat I got upset and said its fine I’ll go have it fixed else where, then tried to go pay. At this point she told me the total is 120$ FOR A MANI PEDI. That wasn’t even finished. The owner asked me what happened and I told her my experience. I was expecting to pay 85$. The owner said we’ll pay the 120 and come back another day to have it fixed. I said no I will not be coming back, I’ve already been here longer then expected and I need to go pick up my kids. She convinced me to sit back down and said her brother would fix it real fast. .. the pictures are after he “fixed” it. They still charged 120 then had the. Audacity to try and had me a business card that said 20$.. and said if u don’t come back give it to a friend to use…?? No I will not be sending anyone else there. Horrible business model!!

I went in to get an acrylic overlaywith no tips on my bare nails they told me $50 even though the sign hanging on the wall said $40 for a full set. I did notget tips and they told me that extra $10 was for the regular nail Polish on my acrylic. Never in my life have I been charged $50 for an acrylic overlay with regular Polish. Don't waste your time getting overcharged.Service: Acrylic nails
