DO NOT GO HERE………. RUDE SERVICE…. Had are truck for 4 months.. didn't fix it correctly. It looked like they just threw things back on the truck. Didnt care about it. Yes its a older truck. But it DID look brand new inside and out with low miles on it. Had to take it somewhere else to be fixed correctly. Monica is super rude. She has no customer service. Talked extremely rude to us. She made us feel very uncomfortable. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE COMPANY. I didn't even want to give them one star. Negative stars is better.

I’ve had a really difficult time with this repair shop. They initially refused to provide even a guess of repair time, even with an estimate provided by my insurance company. They do get points for at least trying to provide email updates 2x per week, but they don’t do a good job of explaining what their updates actually mean in terms of completion. The repair completion timeline has been unclear and ever-changing. When I called to ask for clarification, the representative was extremely rude on the phone. At this point, I just feel defeated. The repair shop has not provided any sort of cost/time estimate and I’m scared to find out what they come up with after all of these delays.
If you are a planner and looking for repairs for your only vehicle, I recommend going elsewhere. When it started taking longer than originally communicated and I asked about cancelling, they said that the car was disassembled and I was basically stuck in the sort of tone that suggested I was stupid for asking. Not customer-friendly if you’re not very knowledgeable about cars or body work.
As soon as I get my vehicle back from them (assuming I do eventually get my car back since we’re going on 3 weeks and counting for what I understand is a basic bumper repair & paint job), I won’t be returning.

They had my car for months, Everytime I called they give me another excuse. My last call they said their pervious employees were let go. I had a dent on my bumper but they had to take off half of my car to fix it? Now my lights don't work and my door seals aren’t even placed on correctly. It’s been over a year but I advise anyone don’t go there.

Find another shop. At some point communication between them and my insurance broke down. I don't know who is to blame because both keep pointing fingers at each other. Long story short, Classic Collision thought my car was totaled and treated it as such. Insurance came back and said it was not totaled and Classic Collision said they couldn't work on it.The car gets moved to Ron Tonkin collision and I get the fun surprise that Classic Collision had thrown all of the loose parts into the interior, causing quite a bit of damage. There were also new paint chips on the driver and passenger exterior. Classic Collision denies they caused the damage, even though they contradict themselves by blaming my insurance as the reason why they handled the car poorly.One month later and they flat out refuse to respond to my insurance's calls or emails. Did my insurance communicate poorly? Probably, but Classic Collision still caused a couple thousand in damages to my car and refuses to take responsibility. If Classic Collision truly felt they didn’t cause any damage and there was no proof, they wouldn’t be trying to avoid a conversation with my insurance. If something goes wrong with your repair I wouldn't expect them to make things right.

Total scam , horrific customer service, went for repairs and got scheduled for work. Estimated by Rena. Have been waiting for month and a half for our appointment. This is an insurance job so..... Called today to confirm and was told they have no record of estimate. No appointment and she no longer works here. Now have to start all over. Thanks for nothing. Oh by the way while trying to figure out what went sideways they hung up on us. Only use this body shop if you don't need your vehicle back. You want to get jerked around. Please feel free to contact me for details. I forever wish to warn anybody of this.

TERRIBLE!!!I got an accident in MAY 2023 where I rear ended someone so the whole front of my car needed to be fixed. This place was the only place my insurance could get to work on my car. I live in BG which is 45 minutes from Gresham. (Keep this is mind as you read how many times I have come back here). They had my car for almost 2 months and when I came back my car had scratches on the side of the car and I didn't have the emblem on the front of my car. When I left my car drove weird, everytime I accelerated it sound like a muscle car very loud but I couldn't figure out why. I came back to have the scratches buffed and the emblem put back on and the scratches were still there. They said they couldn't get them off and gave me a free car wash voucher. I went to Idaho and realized my headlights were not working. The manager (I can't remember his name but he's terrible and a gaslighter), tried claiming they ran the tests and the lights were working when I picked it up before my trip. I have no idea how long they were not working. My brights were working and fog lights but not the main ones. They had my car for another 2 weeks trying to figure out what the problem was. Turns out the headlight compartment was not compatable with my car.If they tested it the first time they would've known that. When I picked my car up for the 3rd time for the headlights I noticed a gap in between my hood and the driver side panel. I lifted the hood and the left panel was cracked. The manager said "Oh I saw it was like that before and it should be a problem." I told him it was a full frontal repair it should not be cracked. Then I noticed a hose was missing. He tried claiming it might not be a necessity. So again I had to take my car home and then come back another day because they were trying to get my insurance to cover their many mistakes. They didn't call me for a week thinking I would forget. I called myself and they had me bring it back in to be fixed. I got there at 4:40. Enterprise closed at 5. They knew I was coming and failed to have enterprise bring the car over and they claimed because I didn't call ahead of time to say I was going to be 10 minutes late there was nothing they could do to get my car and that I needed to reschedule and then come back again and to call and let them know I was on my way so they could get the car there and ready for me. I rescheduled, called as I was on my way there to drop off my car. They didn't have the rental car there ready, in fact I waited 40 minutes. I finally picked my car up again for hoepfully the final time after another 2 weeks of waiting. They put on a new hose for that missing piece, new side panel, and repainted the door with all the scratches. My car is now driving normal for now. The dome light doesn't work but at this point I am so tired of dealing with them that I'm just letting it go. DON'T GO HERE TO HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED! The quality of work is terrible and then they try to gaslight you into not having them fix it. They didn't reimburse me or offer any services for free to compensate for my gas for the many trips I had to take.

Just got my car back today. It got hit pretty bad, but the team here did a fantastic job. I am more then happy with the repairs. She looks like she just came off the factory floor. The staff here are very friendly, and kept me informed about my car. I appreciate the work y'all did and hopefully I don't get hit in the future, but if I do I'll be back. Sally is back on the road.
