Nearly impossible to speak to someone at this branch if you call. I called and was hung up on by robots repeatedly. Wasn't even able to leave a voicemail, the voicemail service did not allow you to go a directory. For a place that makes a lot of money from their clients, they sure are difficult to get a hold of....

I cannot say enough about the staff at this Burnside location. Always friendly, efficient, fast. I'd like to give special kudos to Rose Clark, who has helped me navigate a very difficult time in my life with compassion and understanding. Great branch! The counter staff is always pleasant, and their ATMs work 99% of the time.
