I've been a customer here for years,today I was looking for rv batteries. I asked for a price on lithium batteries got a big price for the guy. When I said that's kinda high and I could find a big amp hour battery for not much more then their 200ah he basically said I was lying. I walked out without the 2 batteries I went in for. Calling your customers liars is not good business. I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

I have always had a good experience shopping at the Gresham store and my recent visit was another great example of friendly and helpful customer service. I came in to buy batteries for our Arlo cameras. I was first helped by Matthew, who I learned is the Manager of the store. After he brought me the batteries, we chatted about a few other products and I learned they now sell and install windshield wipers. Associate Taylor also offered some helpful advice.

We had to cut a camping trip short as your chassis battery in our Navion (Sprinter chassis) was almost dead and barely started with the boost assist. We phoned around and found BATTERIES PLUS in Gresham. Brett answered the phone and was so helpful and reassuring. When we came in he quickly gave us options, installed the battery (not easy in a sprinter due to battery being under driver side seat area), made sure everything worked, cleared the error code and was incredibly pleasant. We HIGHY recommend this location and think Brett should get a raise!!

If I could give this store no stars i would ! Don’t get your phone fixed here . Horrible customer service, from the workers to the manager, they broke my phone and offered no other option . DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE . They suck !

Do not come here for IPhone repairs! I came in today because my phone was stuck on the rebooting screen and when I came here to get it fixed they told me that the damage was irreversible and that I would have to essentially buy a new phone. Another place fixed it for just under $100.

The following is an example of how one bad experience can wipe out numerous good ones. Before today, had I been asked to review Batteries Plus, it would have been an easy 5/5 stars, hands down. I've been a customer for years and my experiences have been nothing but positive.That changed today at the Gresham Burnside store when I stopped in to buy a battery for my pickup. I brought along three additional old batteries to be tested. My intention was to leave with one new battery and one of the old ones, whichever one tested best, to keep as an emergency spare. After bringing them all in, the associate kept insisting that there was "no point" in testing the batteries due to their ages. After I explained what I was doing, he finally agreed but at seven dollars per test. That's when I hauled all my batteries back out to the pickup and went home.I'm not going to share the associate's name publicly but if the store manager or Batteries Plus would like more detail I would be happy to share an audio file of the entire interaction.

Went to the batteries and bulbs store for a key fob battery. They wanted $22 for a battery and I could buy them on Amazon for two for $5. What a rip off
