There ATM's are barely reliable, and for customer service they always have an excuse to put you off, even if you're practically the only customer. I only go to this bank because I use public transit.

Why is this Particular location always closed. Their hours always say openings the following day and then the next day comes and they are closed. Might as well close the whole branch Down!

This bank is never open. I have been trying to go here for a week. It always says it is open tomorrow, but every single day they are changing their posted hours. How am I supposed to get into my safe deposit box?

This branch of Bank of America is so awesome.Yesterday I spent one hour with Frederick Forrester.He was so excellent helping me with all the details and changes regarding my Father's recent passing.The manager is Lynn Dilling and she is wonderful.I can't say enough thank you's to Fredrick for what he did for me. I hope you can hear the sigh of relief !!!I think I've been coming to this branch 9 years and I am SO SO SO GRATEFUL for their excellence!!! The entire staff is amazing. Thank you again Fredrick...THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU!!!

Customer service has been lost at this bank. They now close at 4:30 Monday through Friday and this was not the case earlier in the Covid season. They seem to have decided to cater to telecommuters who may have the flexibility to get to a bank earlier in the day but people who have to work till 5:00 p.m. and need to use in-bank services are out of luck. Take your money elsewhere.

Terrible customer service, everyone who works here seams miserable. I use the drive through to minimize exposure to Covid and because of my bad hip. I always have a deposit and a check to cash for my employer. I'm told, "we can't do more than one transaction in the drive through," although there are no other people in line. What am I supposed to do, give you one transaction and drive around and give you the other?! It's seams asinine that during Covid they don't encourage people to use the drive through, don't you want to keep your employees and customers safe? DO BETTER BOFA!

WORST BRANCH EVER!!! In the middle of Covid19 crisis they close their drive thru and make people cram together on the sidewalk outside. The line wraps around the building! It’s Friday for Christ’s sake! Get someone in to work the drive through!!

Today July 2, 2020 I went to BANK OF AMERICA - Gresham Location on SE Stark to cash a check my neighbor (banks there) gave me as repayment of some soap I purchased for her in the amount of $4.92. I went thru the drive thru teller and a young man (arrogant attitude) said to me "I will have to charge you $8.00 service fee to cash this check because you do not have an account of us". I could not believe my ears. I responded "why charge a fee on such a small amount right now people do not have any extra money" and he said "well I don't have money either." I drove away. WHY ANYONE WOULD BANK AT THIS FACILITY A WONDER. THEY HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BOTH WHEN DEALING WITH THEM IN PERSON OR ON THE PHONE. I WOULDN'T BANK THERE EVEN IF SOMEONE PAID ME TO.

ATM ate my check and card. Got my card back but check never got deposited. Branch closed this morning when I went in person to find out why.Deposit made with phone on Friday. Posted Sunday but funds not deposited so debit card doesn’t work. Says “Insufficient Funds”

This bank in general is predatory in practice also the manager is very rude at least she was when I went in there inquiring about a new account. Not impressed at all if you have a choice I would select Onpoint CU on Civic Dr if you want friendly banking and non predatory treatment. I advise avoiding this place like the plague
